Lovely hotel - a laid back peaceful feel to it due to the low rise bungalows, plenty of greenery and tastefully designed spaces such as the restaurants. We had an all inclusive teen den two bedroom bungalow which had plenty of space including storage space, they are well designed and the kids appreciated the PlayStation 4. I found the food excellent with a wide range of options, though without much change day to day it could feel a little samey. The friendly and polite staff worked incredibly hard to replenish food and clean tables - they are a credit to the hotel. The (bottled) AI wine was very drinkable (typically on this holiday type the wine is on tap which generally isn’t..) The animation team are brilliant, we are not a family who typically joins in with these, but they brought to life everything they did. The best was the Halloween tunnel of terror - so well done I was super impressed (right out of a horror movie!). The only thing which lets the hotel down is its location, it’s not the nicest and an uninspiring 30 min walk to the (very crowded) beach - for this reason alone we wouldn’t return to the area but if you go for mainly staying around the hotel go for here! That said the sand dunes are stunning!

We have just returned from 9 days here staying in Emblem accommodation with a jacuzzi in the garden. We really wished we had booked for longer as we loved it there. I have never been to a resort and felt more safe, it is very family friendly and offers great facilities. There are 2 main pools and 3 kids pools with slides, a zip line, 2 parks, a multisport court, arcades, a sports bar, a number of restaurants serving the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive, such variety and so fresh. The gardens were immaculately kept and everywhere was so clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned and maintained. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The kids club looked great although we didn’t use it. I would really recommend this place for a family friendly relaxed holiday. The only things I would change is to add flood lights to the sports court so the children can play after dinner still and have the entertainment start and finish a bit later as we missed a lot of it while we were having dinner and then everything was finished by about 10.30. Great place though and would definitely return and we had fantastic weather for this time of year, high 20’s everyday and no need for a jacket in the evening.

First time in gran canaria and this hotel, the level of service and accommodation exceeded expectations and we had a very pleasant 8 night stay. We were a couple with a toddler and really enjoyed the bungalow experience, we decided to pay extra as emblem (emblem is an all inclusive system but with access to a private garden with a jacuzzi, as well as access to the hotel restaurant a la carte) and did not regret it. Our toddler had lots of space to run safely and we had coffee, tea and fizzy drinks stocked everyday. Emblem has other perks such as rituals toiletries on arrival, robes, and free safe, and branded drink menus and a free bottle of wine per day, but as non heavy drinkers we didn't really use this. Rooms: they are immaculate and cleaned daily, except on Sundays, there is a room access system using the wrist bandage provided on check in which we found really useful. We asked that our room is cleaned in the morning and this was accommodated for most of our stay. We noticed that our bungalow had some minor issues with maintenance (a broken doorknob) but this was fixed on the same day by the maintenance team. Beds are huge and really comfortable, air conditioning was working well, sometimes too well and we had to shut it off as the room got too cold!The hotel location is not in a busy area, so nights were restful and quiet (we were not looking for all night parties). Grounds: the layout is flat and easily walkable. Grass and trees are very well kept, there is a Dino supermarket 100m from reception at the back of the hotel which stocks groceries for any guests not all inclusive. There are 2 main pool area, one for adults which is near the main buffet and bar area, and another kids area with 3 other pools with different depths. We found this really good as our toddler liked to switch between the different pools and play areas and was kept well entertained, and we also enjoyed spending our days in the children pool area for the whole of our stay. There are also activities for children provided by the animation team, a playground and a play room with a TV and toys. Food: the hotel has a lot of positives but the emblem guest experience in the emblem restaurant is really what made our visit worthwhile. We had access to the restaurant buffet and access to the a la carte experience for breakfast and dinner and we used it almost every day as it was quieter as a neuro divergent couple with a toddler. The food there was always delicious. A special wholehearted thank you to Ricardo and Dianet who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and always had suggestions on food for us to try. I loved the eggs with cured ham for breakfast and the goat cheese from gran canaria, accompanied by a mojito in the evening. Our toddler was even calling for Dianet at the end of our trip and we will really miss their professionalism and attentiveness. Food in the buffet area was also varied and also very good, although we felt at times the fish was quit

Arrived on the Saturday evening check in was easy and reception friendly we had the room upgraded with no extra charge, we got given a map to find the room which was a bit of a task to find, only issue was finding the room it would help if the numbers were on the side of each room instead of just the front would make it a lot easier to find in the dark , after eventually finding the room it was lovely and everything we needed. Bar staff were friendly and entertainment was good. We were all inclusive which is worth while for the drinks as prices seemed expensive food was ok plenty of choice at breakfast ,lunch and dinner only criticism i had was some of the food was basic and not hot enough but maybe that’s just personal preference. Overall the hotel is clean staff are very friendly entertainment is good and plenty of activities on during the day from adults too kids. I would book this hotel again.

Angel and Mario from the animation team kept us well entertained during our stay. Relaxed and chilled out resort. Smokers you can’t smoke around the pool and there are no signs telling you this however there are smoking areas and vaping seems to be allowed poolside.

Upgraded to Emblem, which is well worth it. Nice wine and plenty of food. Rooms cleaned daily and pool towels inc, Good family entertainment at night. Plenty of sun beds for everyone one ,so no Sunbed wars at 6am. We had a evening flight home with transfer at 5pm. With Emblem upgrade we had a 2pm check out and full use of the all inclusive until the bus arrived.. Staff very helpful and polite
