Just left after a 10 day all inclusive holiday with a mate. I had stayed here on multiple occasions in the past, given its price I booked again due to budget constraints. I was hoping after all these years improvements would have been made. Nope, looking very tired, dated and in much need of refurbishment. We arrived late and was greeted by a friendly reception member whom gave us a pre packed food bag, explaining the all inclusive options, the bar stops at 11pm. So couldn’t even grab a soft drink. No bottled water in fridge either. This would have been a nice touch. I originally requested a high up room from my tour operator booking, the email went unanswered. Great. We were put right above the above bar of the hotel. As a non smoker this wasn’t nice. The room itself was of a good size, two large cupboards, no draws. Bathroom good size. Balcony also plentiful. Beds were comfortable and towels provided ok. Didn’t use the kitchen, the fridge didn’t hold temperature well. The shower was fine, a bit on the small side, one tiny bar of soap for 10 days. The noise from the outside bars opposite the hotel was horrific, thankfully I had my ear plugs! The music on a Friday and Saturday goes on till at least 5am. You’ve been warned. The Irish centre opposite attracts certain clientele, ladies of the night, one occasion coming back into the hotel we over heard two men haggling the price…. Not great! The food was ok. Always something to eat, I don’t understand some of the customers, walking round like zombies, common courtesy right out the window. Deep breaths, we didn’t use this every day. Only had breakfast twice! Pool bar soft drinks and coffee was self serve, which was fantastic, used pool area twice. Alcohol isn’t self serve unless you’re having an evening meal, wine/ beer on draft. Being sober I didn’t try this option. The pool and sun bed area is large. No issue finding a bed. The whole place is tired, staff I noticed had worked here for a long time! Like I say we booked as it was cheap, suited mostly what we needed, it’s a loud hotel so if you’re needing calm. This isn’t the hotel. Most definitely will not be returning. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I’ve rated this 3 star only because there’s no drawers to put anything in so kept everything in my suitcase on the floor. We were situated right next to the restaurant/ breakfast time, room 34 which was very noisy in the morning around 7.45am, we did ask to be moved but no rooms available as it was full. Shower & hairdryers were fab though , food wasn’t great either so we ate out every day & night .

Stayed for a couple of nights over the last weekend. Location is good- a short walk from the beach, airport bus stop is 5 mins away and there's a load of shops, bars and restaurants on the door step. Check in was friendly enough and my 3rd floor room was spacious. It was mostly clean but a few hairs in places they shouldn't be. It had plenty of storage space and a decent balcony. En suite was dated but everything worked fine. Toiletries were very lacking- one tiny bar of soap and some of that generic all in one shower gel/ shampoo. Air con and, bizarrely, a TV remote cost extra. The solarium is a nice space with a great view of the mountains. There's a bar in the lobby which was always extremely busy and loud. All in all, an acceptable budget hotel if the price is right.

Size of room is OK, shower is too narrow, toiletries are very poor (only 1 single tiny soap is provided fo one week for two people...!!!). Insulation of shower glass door is demulated (tearing off). Breakfast is good. A big plus: in addition to the usual brekfast things, also herrings in 4 different sauces are made available. 4 coffe machine are allocated (and working !!!). Nonstop announcement in elevator reminding guests to leave room at 12.00 hrs on day of departure is most annoying. Staff is kind, cleaning service is all right. Location is convenient, parking place to find on the street is not impossible.

As a half-board guest, this hotel refused to provide us with a free glass of water during dinner to take medication against all Spanish laws. The staff is quite rude and completely lacks understanding and kindness. I dont recommand this hôtel
