Hotel is excellent people with negative comments should next door in the villa cortes ,the service and staff go above beyond only negative comment we have is the entertainment staff leave Spanish music playing in the early evening until the artist comes on who entertain you in English spoke to one of the young ladies she didn't seem interested other than that excellent experience

Great hotel, spotless,meals were very good great choice. My only complaint as we were half board there was no water at meals times you could buy it but would be nice to have water on the table. And a kettle in the room. Would go back again and maybe try A/L

Fantastic hotel, lovely clean room and bathroom, towels changed every day. Gorgeous pool area, always managed to get a bed. Staff all very attentive, polite and friendly. We were half board and the buffet restaurant was definitely the best we have been to so far. The food quality and choice was outstanding, something for everyone. My only gripe being pre prepared food was not overly hot, but that is to be expected under a warmer. Entertainment very good, and perfect location for beach and bars. We even got a bottle of bubbly and a card in the room on arrival for our anniversary. Booking now for next year !

The hotel is grand inside with lovely outside space. The staff were always friendly and the food was nice. I liked everything about this hotel including location except for the air conditioning in our room. The first night was way too hot and even with leaving the air con on 24hr a day and leaving all the doors shut it still wasn’t cold after 4 days.

When we needed 100% perfection for our first trip abroad in 15yrs, H10 Conquistador did not disappoint. The staff are amazing, very attentive, after only the 1st night they remembered the drinks from the previous evening, facilities are immaculate, we upgraded to the privilege package, which was worth every penny, all inclusive buffet had so many different options and fresh food cooked on site to order, as well as 4 restaurants to choose from! Room was fresh and clean, mini bar was refilled daily… I could go on. On the last day my wife left her mobile phone, the staff ensured this wasn’t going to spoil our stay, they posted it back to us without hesitation. Perfect. We will be back next year.

Just nearing the end of our 2nd visit to the beautiful hotel. Perfectly situated 2mins to the beach and beautiful promenade and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly clean, staff are very helpful and cannot do enough for you. The animation team are amazing, very friendly and make you feel very welcome, special mention to Max, Lynn, Marta, Irean both Javis. Entertainment has been fantastic, some amazing acts and varied each night. Plenty of activities during the day around the beautiful pool area. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again next year.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel and great range of fresh food in the all inclusive restaurant. Also made use of the steak and Italian restaurants with the Senses Africa dinner show - all fab. Only downsides are it’s not very disabled friendly to get out to the beach - had to walk out the front and round the hotel and only steps to get out the hotel gate next to the beach (using a wrist band fob which was very handy and to get into the room!). Would also have liked air con to be in the lifts as they were very stuffy when in there and took a while to get to your floor and when they did they still took you the opposite direction to where you wanted to go if someone else pressed a button on another floor. Very comfy rooms and looked super clean on the outside but little details were missed such as poop mark on the side of the toilet etc - easy to miss though but attention to detail was a thing I noticed. Pools were lovely and clean and the toddler pool was nice and warm (quite chloriney though). Entertainment in the evening was good and great bar staff. Close to the beach and plenty to do in the area. Overall very good holiday and fab hotel (albeit some points going against - sorry!)

I'm going to start off with the things which need to work on, but... Don't be put off by it, it's more to make you aware... The double rooms are small, they say 3 can fit but it's a squeeze and a half. Thankfully we only use it to change, shower and sleep. The cleaners come round daily... It's more a tidy round then a clean up in your rooms. There's an 8am dash for sunbeds... But this does save getting up at 5am to put towels down... It's in between pre-reserved and the dead early run downs... So not awful, but not great. That's literally all I could complain about. The staff, particularly the entertainment team, are sensational. The shows they put on, particularly the tropical one had absolutely everything, it was an incredible night. We've had activities for kids, teens and adults constantly, we've had foam parties, water polo, football, table tennis, pool parties, you name it, we seem to of had it. The food is so good, the alcohol is proper branded for all inclusive and the cocktails are included in that. There's so much choice, not just of food but of restaurants to pick from. Personally, I've stayed in the La Siesta, Volcano & Best Tenerife.... This has been the best by quite a distant mile. You pay a bit more, but you get so much value back. Will be coming back in October and back again next year.

Lovely hotel looking out to the beach, great location for shops, bars and restaurants. Peaceful at night. Our first room was dark, dull and awful even though big, we moved to smaller room higher up with more light and a balcony looking out to mountains and the shops etc which was lovely, sea views can sometimes get boring. Food was lovely and plenty of choice, we had words with the chef doing the omelettes as she had a problem putting extra cheese in our omelette’s, made gestures and ranted in her language, not at all nice. Pools were lovely particularly infinity pool though loungers are taken early. Ourselves and others had an issue with our towels etc being removed from our loungers when there is very little signage about times. We only went for breakfast so weren’t even away that long. It seems it depends on what staff are on as to how long you can leave your lounger, we were told this by other guests. Entertainment was good though again gets busy so best seats usually taken early. All in all we had a nice time and we would go back.
