H10 Conquistador

Great stay, we are just back from 5 days and are thinking of booking for next year.Great hotel , very friendly staff in all departments. Good selection of food. We were in the Steak House for our last meal... fantastic. Hard working entertainment staff and good variety of evening shows. Our room was very spacious with a great view of the beach and mountains. The couples deal at the spa was fully booked but we enjoyed using the facilities for a small charge. Towels for your sun loungers are available at the spa where you pay a refundable cash deposit. one little complaint is the keying in of drinks at the bar , so many buttons to key in for a basic drink, apparently a new system has been installed and some staff were having problems, and waiters were having problems finding guests at the tables (which are all numbered ). There are large touch screens giving all the information in the hotel as well as the app. We did not do any day trips or visit any of the many bars or cafe nearby as the hotel had everything. We will be back !

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, fantastic pools, lovely food and amazing staff, especially the fab ladies on reception. It’s also really nicely located for the beach and shop / restaurants. I had my birthday there and they put a lovely balloon, chocolate and cava present in my room which was so thoughtful. I would 100% come back here.

Overall we had a brilliant time in the hotel Conquistador, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we upgraded to all inclusive after a day and it was well worth it, the food in the restaurants was fantastic with amazing choices always available, nearly all drinks were available on the all inclusive deal and although it was half term, the waiter service was very good. As it was half term there was many activities for the little ones in the daytime along with many activities for everyone around the pool, the animation team led by Max was exceptional, they worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and the Halloween pool party and evening entertainment was amazing capped off with a firework display. We did have an issue and that was with cockroaches inside our room, I complained twice to the reception staff but they just shrugged their shoulders and said it was expected, I could not accept this as we have been to Tenerife 6 times now and stayed in 4 different hotels and while we do see the little creatures outside, we certainly did not experience them in any of our rooms, so we were really surprised to find them in our room, during our last night we had to have the lights on all night otherwise we would be invaded by the little pests, our room was on the second floor room no. 254. The rooms are cleaned every day by hard working staff, however, the problem still persisted. As I’ve stated overall the holiday was enjoyable but we would have to be reassured that the cockroach issue had been eradicated before we would consider returning

Second visit to Conquistador, will be back again soon. On this occasion we went Privilege, which I think is worth doing to get the most out of the Hotel. Whilst we spent most time by the Adults only pool we ended every day on the 6th floor for drinks. The buffet is good, the restaurants are very nice aswell. All staff are happy to help when needed. We will be back

Great hotel, spotless,meals were very good great choice. My only complaint as we were half board there was no water at meals times you could buy it but would be nice to have water on the table. And a kettle in the room. Would go back again and maybe try A/L

Fantastic hotel, lovely clean room and bathroom, towels changed every day. Gorgeous pool area, always managed to get a bed. Staff all very attentive, polite and friendly. We were half board and the buffet restaurant was definitely the best we have been to so far. The food quality and choice was outstanding, something for everyone. My only gripe being pre prepared food was not overly hot, but that is to be expected under a warmer. Entertainment very good, and perfect location for beach and bars. We even got a bottle of bubbly and a card in the room on arrival for our anniversary. Booking now for next year !
