Tucked away in a neat little city called Pistoia is this great property. I was not prepared to be transported back in time, the overall mood was from another century, but the amenities were all modern. My room had a big bed and on the loft it had 2 additional beds. It is a great place and location to move around the city square. Faviano was my front desk manager and she was quite helpful to install passwords on my devices. What really made my day was the breakfast room, I totally adored it!! I wanted to spend hours and hours to admire the room and its atmosphere! I highly recommend this place especially for families and romantic get aways!

It was the most beautiful experience in a high-class hotel. Thank you to the staff who were at their best. Quiet, clean, positioning in the historic center very close to the central square where you can find the cathedral, a lot of shops and terraces. In a word, exceptional

Dimora centralissima e comoda da raggiungere in auto (un parcheggio si trova a due minuti a piedi). Location di gran fascino, ospitalità attenta e discreta, camere spaziose ed essenziali. Colazione ricca e di qualità (cappuccino davvero ottimo). Sicuramente da consigliare.

Ho prenotato all’ultimo e mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Ringrazio moltissimo Chiara per la gentilezza e la professionalità con cui mi ha accolta. Sono arrivata sotto il diluvio e dopo un lungo viaggio: ho trovato un ambiente elegante caldo vicinissimo al centro, al parcheggio, ai ristoranti. Camera grande, letto comodissimo, ottimi prodotti per il bagno, colazione meravigliosa servita in una sala splendida. Chiara mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per arrivare e ha risposto in modo impeccabile e premuroso ad ogni mia domanda. Complimenti all’eccellenza. Sempre più rara e per questo preziosa.

Il palazzo è in ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i monumenti più famosi di Pistoia. Chiara gentile e molto disponibile. Le stanze sono pulite , ben climatizzate ed hanno un che di antico che evoca atmosfere di inizio novecento. La colazione da cinque stelle!

Idéalement situé au coeur de Pistoia..parking misericordia à proximité…accueil souriant et professionnel..hotel particulier toscan rénové mais dans un esprit debut du siècle..belle chambre joliment décoré avec gout …petit déjeuner agréable…malheureusement insonorisation mauvaise aussi bien sur l extérieur que bruit en intérieur dommage.. et climatisation ne fonctionne que en présence de la carte .. arrivée le soir chaleur importante dans la chambre …

Camere spaziose, eleganti e pulite, apprezzabilissimo salottino con zona comfort (tisane, caffè, biscotti e vinsanto), colazione adeguata; impianto dell'aria condizionata non recentissimo, quindi un po' rumoroso. Nel complesso, vista anche la zona centralissima, sicuramente consigliato (anche se non ha il parcheggio interno)

Curata nei minimi particolari con gusto e raffinatezza, nulla é lasciato al caso, in un ambiente cordiale e discreto, e ciò rende molto piacevole la sosta a Pistoia. Pulita, ordinata, tranquilla, colazione di livello, parcheggio auto a 30 (trenta) metri, a 100 metri dal centro, la struttura è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare. La cordialità della signora Fabiana, oltre a quanto sopra, rende ideale e perfetta la scelta fatta per una visita a Pistoia. Se capiterà, ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio.
