Cleanliness can be improved. As I stay 2 nights, the staff didn’t come and clean the room at 2nd day. Water from pipe is not clear. But the scene is nice!

I had a fantastic stay at Arch39! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything was designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location in Chalong was okay—great if you’re exploring the area or visiting nearby attractions. While it’s not right by the beach, transportation is easy to arrange. Overall, I highly recommend Arch39! Excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

View from the room was amazing. Hotel was closed to the pier but there wasn’t anything to do around. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Recommended

Great hotel, bare concrete aesthetic give a nice feel but the exposed services are noisy when water is flushed to drains. Pool is medium sized and roof seating area closed currently for maintenance. Great variety for breakfast

The atmosphere is brillient .The Hotel is located in the deep end beside the Chalong pier .The best location if you want to go in a day trip and see the island near by . However the breakfast is not variaty and can be boring when you stay more than 2 days. No tea or coffee provided in the unit. Only 4 bottles of water and 4 glasses in the family room that allow only 4 people. Any extra will have to pay 700 thb per night.

The hotel was great! Big rooms, wonderful reception & security. Love the location as well, being in a quiet part of town and still 7e isn't too far. But the biggest issue that we have is no one wants to pick us up from airport to the hotel, also the way back. All the drivers keep cancelling us. However, if you drive or you have a personal driver, I would say this will not be an issue then you can consider to book this hotel.

Arch39 is such a beautiful stay. It’s a very quiet and relaxing place. The bedrooms are spotless and the balcony overlooks the harbour. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would 100% come back!

The location is within walking distance to ChangLong Pier which is extremely convenience

Have a panoramic seaview. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We are really impressed for the late check-in. Worth it!!

Very spacious hotel with bumper bed, clean...only down side was breakfast...

It’s an unusual property to be sure - somewhat clever for low cost construction strategies. The view for sunrise is unbeatable, and it is right next to Chalong Pier for diving or snorkeling trips. And there are foreigner bars within 100 meters - the best is ‘Sean’s Sports Bar’ - the last on the right before you get to the pier. The rooftop pool is tiny, but clean - the photo shows the view from the pool.

the balcony has a great riew heading east. Sitting there enjoying the sun rise is relaxing.
