There is a swimming pool and a gym, the facilities are well maintained, breakfast is included in this stay, it is ten minutes away from Patong Walking Street, and the department store is next door, very convenient.

This hotel is good for backpakers, budget travelers, and people who like to stay at hostels. The cleanliness was not up to standards. The tables were sticky, and the floors were in desperate need of a wipe. There was a booger near the light switch in the bathroom. The slippers they provided were worn out and nasty. The location was the only good quality, only about 10 min from patong Beach. They had signs up about towels and extra charges. The pool was nasty.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast is just a name, toast and egg. The rooms are not cleaned well, there were some old slippers, no robes, no toiletries and give only one small, single ply toilet roll per day. The staff was rude and their English was very poor. They asked to pay a deposit of 2000 but were not able to explain what this is for or provide a policy what they charge for. Avoid this place.

The location is fare enough since its walking distance to the nightlife also very close to Gunglocylion mall.  The hotel bed is very solid like concrete and the seventh floor very noisy due to the roof water tank pump running continuously. The breakfast is fare enough and the lady working on the restaurant is so supportive and very kind always smiling. Overall, the staff are very kind. I suggest to provide an enterance facing the mall to shorten the distance.

Good location. Clean room. Location is just the right distance from Bangla road and all the night life.

The location is excellent, next to the Jungceylon shopping mall and Patong main streets with loads of restaurants choices and shops. The hotel also has facilities like mini-gym and a small pool, pretty basic I'd say. The room itself isn't too clean, towels come with stains but changeable upon request with the staff. Some staff are more helpful, they can communicate using translation. However, the noise penetrates too well between rooms and even closing the door or someone walking in the corridor will wake you up in the morning.

The location is convenient, but the hygienic condition of the hotel is not good. The terrace window cannot be locked. There are traces of mold everywhere. The sheets and pillows are all stained. There are many flying insects on the bed. If you don't mind the hygienic condition, you can choose this place. Because the location is convenient.
