The hotel is surrounded by different local shops and makes walking very easy. You have anything you need very close by from an atm machine , laundromat, different food stalls and even a motorbike rental. Staff are very nice and helpful. The big pool was great and though we had a private pool for our room we did not use it because it is too cold. The breakfast was quite delicious and halal. Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely lovely. It was our anniversary and they gave us a really cute presentation for our room. The whole place is very clean and the pool was amazing. The food (breakfast, room service) was really good, the only thing they didn’t have is alcohol even though they had a swim up bar. The location isn’t great as it’s far from most things so you will have to take taxis or your own form of transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Phuket! I would go back 10/10

It was a great experience in this villa. Although it’s located in the Phuket town still we found reaching to some places wad bit hard but that’s just about the location but everything else is top notch. Loved the villa so much it gave us so much privacy and it was incredible. Felt luxurious. Fantastic service as well. Had to pay extra 200 baht per hour for early check in though

Très bon accueil, la chambre est magnifique avec la piscine privé ainsi que la piscine de l’hôtel un cadre qui fait rêver mais le ménage n’est pas fait correctement seulement le lit refait sans changer les draps et nous avons qu’une grande serviette par personne ils n’ont pas de petite serviette et ils ne les changent pas non plus. Il y a aussi beaucoup de petits fourmis dans la chambre un peu partout dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Il manque également de lumière il fait sombre même avec la lumière allumée. Et le matin vous vous faites réveillé par les coques.

飯店地點稍偏，但員工服務品質很讚，房間也大還有按摩浴池，早餐能提供直接點餐的熱食還不錯，有機會會再去住

我很喜歡這種充滿人文關懷的環境，店家的哥哥姐姐從頭到尾的服務都讓我感覺很舒適，房間的整體環境和被褥都挺整潔的，整個房間、衛生間、被單都有一股很好聞 的香味。 大家都很安靜。 我在這裡睡得超好。 整體來說我覺得旅館中的處處細節都挺能反映香港的人文關懷程度的優越。 欣賞，揣摩，學習。 新年快樂！

Все супер , но далеко от моря

We travelled here from Homa to spend time together for Songkran. The hotel room we were offered was extremely run down with broken glass on top of cabinet and plunge pool area had many broken tiles and dirty plunge pool. The toilet was not working due to pump issues upon arrival. We decided to leave but pay for the first night out of goodwill. They reassured us a refund would be issued for remaining 4 nights but Malabar have met us with radio silence. I can see others have had the same treatment.

Hello, hotel, good atmosphere, clean room. I like this welcome. It looks wow. I like all the receptionists. Like this breakfast It looks better than the hotel that I have passed. I like all the staff. Thank you to the chef who introduced me. Breakfast is delicious, clean. The waitress likes Khun Fern's bright. Smile, welcome every morning and good service. Lunch is also considered delicious. The service is also excellent. I like the servants here, standing, watching all the time, and at the bar. Thank you Base for the delicious drink. Finally, I will come back here and ask me to meet these employees again.
