This hotel badly needs redecorating. The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. My room had 2 3 feet single beds, although it really was only a single room. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn’t been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained. It also overlooked a noisy swimming pool bar. On top of that, the hotel was also understaffed, so service was really slow. Having said that, it’s cheap and in a convenient, location is in Grand World.

Very popular hotel with high occupancy, as evidenced by the huge crowd almost daily during breakfast hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). Peak hours is around 8 to 9.30 am, near impossible to find vacant seats, even though seating capacity is pretty large in the restaurant. Breakfast spread is substantial and is replenished regularly but the hot dishes (slightly different daily) are not really tasty/delicious. The usual staples are better, eg bread, ham/bacon, eggs, salad and fruits. Coffee is not great, I took a few sips and didn’t want it anymore. Pool is huge and reasonably clean but there are some missing mosaic tiles on parts of the pool wall which should have been better maintained. You can watch fireworks on Saturdays if you stay in a pool-facing room on a high floor. Rooms on the same side as the main entrance face trees and nothing else (fine for people who prefer greenery). The rooms on the other remaining sides either have partial sea-views or partial view of Grandworld/open field. The room itself is very plain looking - adding some decorations (eg hang some paintings/posters or place a couple of attractive cushions) would have enhanced the interior design. Overall, I’m pleased with my hotel choice – strong points: location, cleanliness, facilities and services are very good and it is excellent value if you get a good room rate in your booking.

Cheap and convenient location in the North of phu quoc, near grand world & vinpearl & safari.

Near to Vinwonder and Grand World, convenient for going to the theme parks. But the rest is average, the facilities and the room are average : the room is neither too big nor too small, the quilt on the double bed is very short and can't cover the feet, there are not enough plugs, there are many people for breakfast, and the food variety is acceptable. But the service is also available.

I absolutely loved our time there and was reluctant to leave. I went with a one-year-old baby and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! The kid's club was our favorite place to visit and the staff there was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is extremely busy but we loved our Pho and various meal options. Minor suggestions: The room didn't have a lot of plugs so it was somewhat inconvenient to charge our phones and I wish there were more trash cans. We purchased our bottled of water across the supermarket, but I wish there's paid option water bottles within the room. The room was very comfortable and within steps of walking distance to the grand wonder. We took the Vinbus to Safari and Vinwonder but would advise taking the buggy ride to Vinwonder since it is only 5 minutes away (end up being 50 minutes on the bus)!

I recently stayed at VinHoliday, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring all my needs were met. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easy to access. The amenities, especially the pool and breakfast, were exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to both local and international tastes. What stood out the most was the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend VinHoliday for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Comfy stay with free bus shuttle to Vinwonder and Vinpearl Safari. We enjoy our stay here. The receptionist was also really helpful to arrange a taxi for us to sunset town.

Room very clean and comfortable bed. Service very good with smile. Staff name “Linh” take care very nice, he drive me to T2 bus station for bus going to the air port. Location is good and nearby Grand World.

The service are very okay. The location very strategic to Grandworld, Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari. We are enjoyy staying there❤️

A four-star hotel with the perfect location to tour the Grand World and a great deal of cost-effectiveness. Clean and well-managed, but not a luxurious hotel. Female employees are friendly, but a large number of male employees give the impression that they are trying to guide and direct guests. If you're a guest who wants to receive special care, you'd better go to an expensive resort.
