Excellent hotel — perfect for families. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great pool, excellent breakfast, and good service overall. One nice surprise was the pickleball courts, which weren’t mentioned in the description — a fun bonus! There were many families with children during my stay, so it definitely feels more like a family-friendly hotel than a couples’ getaway. Still, the overall experience was fantastic.

Novotel Phu Quoc offers a peaceful beachfront stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent pools. The breakfast is great, and while it’s a bit far from the town, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and tranquility.

Similar to other resort, it has pool and beach but the best thing It is located near a night market with lots of restaurants, spa and street food.

Great place to stay in Phu Quoc! Breakfast was delicious, and they changed the dishes almost every morning. We stayed there for 6 days and regretted to not stay longer.

Let's say it's a 5* budget hotel, especially regarding the food quality and how they treat the food, e.g. you are eating salads or fruits...there is always a taste which doesn't belongs to the food. Last time I good diarrhea on vacation was 2016 in Veracruz Mexico, now I experienced again with sickness. When you want to stay here, overall I can recommend it, but try to avoid salads with cold (not well done cooked chicken meat) or just avoid all what is not cooked, then it's worth a stay. Location great, equipment, friendly staff...

Nice location, it is nearby the night market. The pools are great and the sunset was amazing. We loved to stay here.

The location is convenient and night market just adjacent to the hotel. However, a bit old overall in the hotel. It has the water leakage from the ceiling of the corridors. Need to refurbish.

Room was ok in general but some of the fittings didn’t make sense—electrical outlet right next to the sink, clothes hooks set really high up, small shower partition so the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. Not child friendly. Our room had a great view, the pools and beach were amazing, and hotel is right across from a night market with lots of food choices.

The place is a tropical paradise with an astonishing beach and gardens. They offer an outstanding island experience with a very nice night market opposite the hotel. The rooms are brand new with all the needed comfort. But it’s also noticeable that the area is so big that staff are not capable Of keeping it tidy and clean. There was another room in our villa that had the door open during all our stay. We had a small incident in the bathroom with the mirror falling when I went to sleep. But the management reacted very quickly and fixed everything. Despite that it was a bit scary and luckily that the mirror didnt break. It was not fixed very well to the wall. The breakfast is good.
