The hotel is very nice. It is around 15 mins away from the airport. It is just opposite to Sonasea Night Market which lots of foods, leisure and massage shops. The facilities is good. We love the swimming pool and kid's club. The food in breakfast buffet is nice with lots of choice - I love the Pho! The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange cab with cheaper price than Grab - so nice! All in all, it is a very recommended hotel to stay when in Phu Quoc.

Room is clean, staff is nice ,breakfast buffet with variety choices of food,swimming pool is nice.kids club staff is nice with many complimentary activities.

We enjoyed at this hotel as a family and found it very convenient for our needs. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and travel around. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety, which the whole family appreciated to start each day right. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and we would happily stay here again!

This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. It is a mix of luxury and comfort. The staff are super accommodating, the rooms are pristine, and the pools are glorious. I have been to many breakfast buffeta, but none come even close to this variety of food! I will definitely come back here, we'll see you soon.

- Wonderful resort - Good gym with daily morning yoga - Opposite Sonasea Night Market where you can find inexpensive seafood, massages and supermarket - A laundromat opposite the hotel which charges inexpensive laundry service - Great breakfast

I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff! The service is top notch, they do everything to satisfy any requests! The hotel area is clean and well-groomed, lots of greenery! The food is delicious, there are dishes for different countries and different taste preferences, there is also a menu for children! I recommend this hotel for visiting! Our family was pleased with the vacation. 🫶

Super greenery in and around hotel. ..good shopping market in front of Novotel.....Only concern is....as evening closes in....so do the mosquito near reception area.......overall food also great with indian jeera rice ....nice and lovely stay

Good place for family, we enjoy the view as well as the swimming pool. There are many type of food, we like it. Yet there is smell in bathroom.

Foam party on Sunday was good. Beach is great.  However, staff is cleaning the floor all the time while customers are dining which is not good.

Excellent hotel — perfect for families. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great pool, excellent breakfast, and good service overall. One nice surprise was the pickleball courts, which weren’t mentioned in the description — a fun bonus! There were many families with children during my stay, so it definitely feels more like a family-friendly hotel than a couples’ getaway. Still, the overall experience was fantastic.
