Good hotel for the money. Great location, you're within walking distance to all the attractions. Surprised it also had breakfast included. Don't expect some fancy buffet, but it's enough. I enjoyed the fruits.

It's good value to stay here for relax. Even Though the hotel is old, but it's clean. The breakfast is so simple as the hotel price. We will come back because it's cheap.

I recently stayed at Relax Hotel Phonm Pehn, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I especially loved the attention to detail in the room – from the luxurious toiletries . The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all the major attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The facilities of roof top was good I also had the pleasure of dining near the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made my stay outstanding was the level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. I can’t recommend Relax Hotel enough! It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service at an affordable price . I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

It was ok, we stayed for 1 night only and the only problem was that we didn't have water in our room.

An excellent place with a very friendly staff. The room has everything you need, including an iron and a bathroom with a view of palm trees (I’ve been traveling for almost four months, and this is a big plus for me because not every hotel provides a bathtub). The breakfasts were very diverse, and the menu changed every day of my stay. There is also a small gym and good Wi-Fi. But the most important thing is the people—they did their best to help with any questions. My manager, Malish, even taught me a couple of words in Khmer. Possible improvement: -strengthening mosquito protection. Various measures are already in place, but they are not always enough. -Trip.com does not allow solo travelers to book a stay with just one breakfast—only two. I suggested exchanging my unused breakfasts for one lunch, but it couldn’t be arranged. Perhaps the hotel should reconsider its approach to such cases.

Everything was justified according to price. Staff is very helpful, many restaurants nearby. Night market and all other attractions are 10-20 minutes by TukTuk. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel for this value of money. Reception is nice and friendly. We had late check out at 14:00, No problems at all. It’s ok to stay if you come to Phnom Penh for few days

Overall good budget hotel. Front desk is helpful with decent English skills. Located in BKK 3. Breakfast buffet 6 am to 9 am is quite good with an "all you can eat" approach to fried eggs, noodles, rice, vegetables, soup of the day, toast bread with jam and butter, three kinds of fruit. Tea and coffee.
