酒店分兩棟樓，一棟還沒有電梯，一棟是有電梯的。我們一開始住在這個沒有電梯的樓，感覺上下樓梯會比較費勁。但是如果沒有嬰兒就感覺還挺不錯的。後來酒店給我們換去有電梯的那邊，輕鬆很多。酒店也有舒服的按摩，就是要預約，臨時起意就不一定能安排得上。幸好最後還是按摩成功，按摩的大姐姐很有力，比較舒服。 酒店的工作人員彬彬有禮，不卑不亢，走的時候還歡送我們，值得點贊。 早餐也不錯。由於我們住的天數比較多，所以可以把各類早餐都嘗試了一下。 水槽的高度對於我們夫妻來説很友好，贊一個。

先説好的，法式設計很有品味，我就是因為被設計吸引才住的。早餐也很豐富，是點了再做，亞西式都有。房間內整體風格設計也很好，熨斗吹風機都有。再説我的房間：馬桶坐上去搖晃不穩，再低頭一看，接縫處開裂，有水滲出，可能是尿啊！天！可能是膠水沒有粘好？床頭燈罩下接着幾張優美的蜘蛛網，或者灰塵網，洗手枱底下燈光處也是灰塵網若隱若現。下午回來，一看洗手盆裏孩子洗衣服的沙子還在盆子裏，地漏上蓋着一根掃帚枝葉。最讓我噁心的是螞蟻，換下來的衣服掛在洗手間勾子上，第一天發現爬了很多螞蟻，以為是我自己帶回來的。第三天，發現又爬了很多螞蟻，我就納悶了，內褲上帶了這麼多螞蟻回來？再一抬頭，看到螞蟻大軍們在通往天花板接縫處奔波。設計這麼有品味的酒店啊！？早晨去游泳，水質還是很清澈的，但是服務員不準備躺椅，不備大毛巾，我開口要了才給。水上飄着很多樹葉，我讓服務員先清理了樹葉才下去遊。就是説，都得自己開口要，這些服務難道不是本來就必備的嗎？房間的體重器也是不靈的，電視機遙控很調皮，有時能打開，有時不靈。所以説，酒店服務管理沒跟上，沒有人每天查細節，服務員很懶，慢慢老油條了，不知道業主老闆知不知道啊！餐飲酒店，凡是做的好的，都是有人天天查細節的。沒有辦法，指望不上員工會真的細節到位。我所認識的酒店總經理，豪華酒店，他每天早上早起從上面跑樓層，一層層檢查看細節。一個酒店的燈罩下接蜘蛛網，這是什麼衞生打掃員的標準呢？對了，第一天入住發現落地燈插頭是壞的，本來我可能跟大多數人一樣，無所謂，壞了就不用，少個燈也不差什麼，但是又一想，我付了這個房費，為什麼不用？於是跟樓下前台説了，他們立刻換進來另一個落地燈，連先來查看看都沒有，説明他們早就知道這個房間的落地燈是壞的。也就是，酒店會欺負那些保持沉默的善良客户，能懶就懶。可是如果你付房費，少一分錢都不答應對不對？在這裏，就知道國際星級酒店標準的優勢了。民宿精品酒店，衹能從國民衞生標準判斷，因為服務員的標準就是普通民眾的衞生標準。所以日本的民俗可以信任，別的國家，想想再説。

We have stayed in many hotels around the world but the staff here are the most friendly and helpful that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Sokea and Sreypich in particular took service to another level. The food at their restaurant was excellent. For anyone staying in Phnom Penh are would fully recommend.

We came twice to La Rose Suites during our trip around Cambodia. The room was beautiful, confortable and spacious. We even had a balcony,on the quiet street one minute away from the busy center. And the friendly and devoted staff made us feel really at home !

Excellent hotel in brilliant location set in the heart of Phnom Penh but on a quiet street. The rooms are massive and beautiful style with incredible bathrooms. The staff very attentive and friendly. Complimentary mini bar and massage is a bonus. Breakfast very good and has everything you need.

This is such a lovely , peaceful place with superb staff , great food and excellent spa treatments . A large comfortable room well equipped. We felt really welcomed by everyone, especially Sreypich . She is truly a diamond. The location is great too … quiet enough but a short walk to the bars and restaurants around Cocktail street. Ideal

Wonderful room with very good facilities, including a very large bsthroom, lovely breakfast that consisted of different dishes and lots of fruit. Staff incredibly friendly and go out of their way to be friendly. Swimming pool, spa available.

A beautiful modest hotel in an excellent location to explore Phonm Penh. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed, first class friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. A real treat and the stand out hotel from our trip. Thanks you La Rose Suites

Brilliant hotel ethos helping the young into the hospitality trade. Well located for the sights and river front. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was good and staff attentive. The complementary Khmer massage was excellent.

We were told to treat this little hotel like home and we were absolutely thrilled with the welcome and service the hotel offered. The little pool was delightful and the hotel is very well situated. You have to cross the little road for breakfast but it didn't really matter. The staff were absolutely delightful and could not do enough for us.

This boutique hotel is a jewel in Phnom Penh. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with warm Cambodian hospitality and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to everywhere. It was also my wife’s birthday during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make her day special. Thank you!

Absolutely superb, the staff are fantastic, the room was excellent, breakfast was included in the price and not only varied but everything was delicious. Ate there of an evening, the food was again delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was spotless, regularly cleaned, free mini bar drinks regularly replenished . Near enough to the city centre to walk , but on a side star so not to noisy. Highly recommended 5 stars from us

On this holiday of Vietnam and Cambodia we stayed at lots of top end hotels, all 4 star and above, but in terms of service, helpfulness of staff, comfort, access to tourist spots, this hotel was hands down the best we stayed in. We were met on our first day with a welcome drink, cold flannels and our room ready before check in time, we were also allowed to check out after normal checkout time. Then the manager gave us a tour of the room and amenities. The breakfast in the hotel was not buffet, so came out as ordered and nice and hot. Sometimes buffets can be warm to cold for the hot food. When one of our tours did not show up, the manager of the hotel phoned the company and got everything sorted out for us, which was a fantastic touch, over and above what she had to do. But the thing that stood out as the best in the hotel is they are part of a foundation that lifts disadvantaged children out of poverty and gives them the chance to acquire skills to work in this industry. It certainly seems to be working as the young adults working in this hotel were excellent at their job, enthusiastic, and seemed really happy to help. Great hotel, best we have ever been in, so thankyou for enhancing our stay.
