InterContinental Perth City Centre, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

It is my first time to leave comment in Trip.com. The information provided by Trip.com didn’t mention the room has NO VIEW at all. It writes the room has window, but actually it is facing to another building. We tried to ask for another room at the front desk, but the staff said the room type we booked has no view. I am really disappointed as it is not written in room details when I book the room from Trip.com. Other than that, it is a fair 5-star hotel only with limited facilities, but definitely not qualified as a luxury 5-star hotel.

The room is big and clean. The only downside is that the toothbrush was very hard. Good location and staff is polite

It was a good stay after my Christmas party in the city. Happy with everything. Breakfast was quite good with loads of choices.

Exceptional. Staff were as welcoming as you can wish for and the room itself was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again. Hats off to the team, this is what a hotel should feel like. Only feedback I could give is the minibar prices need to be easily accessible. I was more than happy to pay the premium for the mini bar, but without a price list available it’s anyone’s guess. Better to be transparent, as I said, I was willing to pay the premium if I knew what it was! Other than that tiny detail - wonderful.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room. The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Very good location within CBD with nice room view and the cleanliness is the best! Definitely will go back again if I have a chance to travel back to Perth !

The hotel is considered a good value for the price in Australia. It's worth mentioning that the hotel even provides disposable slippers, which are rarely seen in Australia. The service is decent, but compared to hotels in China, it falls a little short. The only thing to complain about is the $45 breakfast, which seems a bit basic. The hotel should consider checking out the buffet breakfasts offered by other hotels.

Hotel located at city centre, very convenient. A short walk to Elizabeth Quay and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. Hotel do not provide full amenities (eg. Toothbrush and toothpaste), need to request. And also, the housekeeping forgot to refill the hair conditioner during our stay.
