We had a good time staying there. The pool is huge and the view is outstanding. The beach is right at our backyard. But the location is a bit far from downtown.

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups. I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing. All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

Second time there for the ADFEST. Great experience and super friendly staff.

I experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view. Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff! In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory. Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again! KC

Do not recommend this place for family or couples stay. The customer service/cashier Raphy is incorrigible. I was promised extended to late check out at 2 pm on the first day when I checked in. But Raphy insisted there wasn’t such a thing and was abruptly chased out of the hotel at 1 pm. Will definitely not come back again!

Excellent pool, breakfast buffet was amazing.

There’s a lot to like about the resort, especially the amazing pools (one is enormous), decent location and well priced food. The children’s area is good (although costs extra) and there is also no problem ordering in food as well. Most staff very helpful and pleasant as usual in Thailand. The sunset bar is very nice and others pleasant. Breezo beachside restaurant was really nice for lunch and dinner. On the downside side some of the hotel is a little dated, the lifeguards are not really lifeguards at all (more often napping or delivering orders than watching the pool (and the service by the pool was generally slow an inattentive). Unfortunately some of the beach area is a little dirty (tourism and plastic pollution the fault but the hotel didn’t seem to have people clearing up - guests did on occasion). The sea is also not quite as pristine as the pictures suggest but that’s at least partly due to the season I suspect. On a more positive note We were able to get a late check out (half day paid for) as our flight was extremely delayed which was good and in room breakfast was good value. On the whole an enjoyable stay and decent value for money so I would recommend, but not quite at the 5 star rate of some hotels in Thailand.

View from the room is quiet amazing

Room was very clean, had fruits, welcome drink, a good selection of toiletries. balcony is looking at the ocean and sun set. but there were a few worm like things climbing the walls. staff were very professional. breakfast was a little pricey but the food is high quality with a large selection. the local bar has a nice sunset view too. you can also easily walk down the beach over to sky gallery, 1 of the best restaurants in Pattaya. the swimming pool is nice, great for photos and a quick drink, but a far walk from the rooms, as well as having to walk through the lobby to access. the floor near the pool can be very hot under the sun.

Fantastic hotel in every regard. All rooms,(including mine), are approx 50 metres from the actual sea, giving great view of sea/Koh Larn. The hotel is on Cozy Beach which is quiet/clean/safe, far better than Pattaya beach or JomTien. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Location great for me, but is approx 2.5km from walking Street etc, so if closeness to nightlife is more important to you than peace and quiet, then this is not the hotel for you. Immaculate room/staff/pools
