This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

This was the first time booking a condo as opposed to a hotel. A condo means no reception, no cleaning etc. as opposed to a hotel with front desk staff etc. As for The Base, it takes a while to get in..there is very good security and one has to connect trough Line and make a selfie then the staff will come down to collect the 2000 bath deposit. This procedure went well and also the checkout was quick. I stayed in the B building. Mind you the Rooftop Infinity Pool is in A building. B building has a large pool at the 3rd floor. The gym is also on the 3rd flor but its much smaller than it seems on the photos. I stayed on the 17th Floor. The apartment itself is tidy, well kept and has enough space. It has a balcony with washing machine which is very convienient. There is a safetybox but I couldnt use it because the staff didnt have the key or combination. I had a pleasant stay and it was very much value for money. I would recommend this condo but I myself will probably not come again as I do prefer a hotel and also because it takes quite a while to reach say like a 7/11 when u have to wait for the elevator 17 stories down and then walk all the way to the street. All and all it has its pro's and cons.

Good and Nice view

For the price it’s ok, horrific checkin and checkout. Expect a bed and bathroom, zero kitchen utensils, no pan for eggs almost nothing. Dirty old and moldy. Washing machine broken, cockroaches, no t even a paper towel or rag. Embarrassing asking for your deposit back when the host is opening the 2 bath towels in your face accusing you of a mark on the towels. I’m an Airbnb host, these people running this operation are either clueless or cultural differences in expectations. The outside of the building looks great, the inside is dirty, old and not equipped.

Locaiton & view good but need to clean more room !! We found insect’s so that can be taken care of!!

Comfortable stay. Pool on roof looks great but it's busy most times and some Instagram tourists need to learn some manners. Was clean, small condo. A bit disappointed at some late replys to my messages. Also 2k deposit and strict policies. Overall good.

Big mistake booking for 3 weeks. Very dissappointed so after a week we booked another place without refund and took the loss. Owner “glad” we booked his place but no “thankyou” . Didn’t answer questions. TV very limited with only Thai channels. Owner said we had to pay for more stations.Kitchen poorly equiped…1 coffee cup, 1 teaspoon. No butter knife. No food storage containers. No toaster. Stove not work so supplied a 1 burner hotplate. No cleaning supplies or housekeeping. Tiny rooms. Slow and very crowded elevator service. Stay away.

No user-friendly for the smart TV No cooking equipment provide

Good location. Clean room. Good air conditioning. Good price. Contact the staff and follow their instructions you will be able to get in the apartment easily.

Really noisy, you might as well sleep next to the bar, can hear the music in the room. Bad hotel.
