It is Nice and clean hotel. Good location. Gym is so small.

Older bigger hotel in Pattaya. Has swimming pool, and so much to say about the exercise room. Good location, just across a big shopping mall and massage shops. You can forget their breakfast even it's inexpensive. Walk through the shopping mall is the beach road. Good size supermarket in basement. Be aware of the alcohol selling time, not 24hrs.Take the Baht bus to go around, or nearby Jomtien Beach. You can stand at the back if you dare. In morning not much activities. People go out when it's not that hot at night.

I have a long complaint about service of this hotel but saving time recommending to verify any hotel facilities before giving start facilities. A brief complaint is as below. 1. Staff lies that they have booking in advanced around one year and no another room for change. After complaint to Trip.com, they offer to check room but as I had already settled in room and one day was over so it was not convenient for me to change room for one day. 2. It was mentioned that 3 breakfast included in my book, but they provided 2 coupon in starting and told me that for chid need to pay for additional. When I check the information on my account and told them then they give additional one coupon after some time when I went to there counter. 3. They even did not provide basic facilities like , toothpaste, slippers, there was mosquitoes in room. I was worried as I had my child with me. 4. If you think , this is the 5 stars hotel then I will never book form trip.com. 5. I never recommend any international tourist to stay there as there staffs are not even polite. 6. Although, I have lost money but my family enjoyed around beach.

The hotel is well managed, they held my room for late arrival on New years Eve when they could have rented the room for much more than I was paying for it so I applaud them for being honest. The staff are very friendly. Although I haven't tried the room service food the menu looks good and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, you can walk through the shopping mall in the air conditioning to the beach without worrying about getting hit by a motorbike. I had to change rooms twice, the first time I didn't mind because I arrived on New Year's Eve and they only had double beds available, I was just happy they held my room. The second time it was because the toilet would not flush in my room. My third room needed work on the air conditioner, they did repair the air conditioner quickly and satisfactorily. The rooms have a large refrigerator, safe, the flat screen TVs are dated and won't accept my HDMI input from my computer but the Wi-Fi is probably the best of any hotel I've stayed at in Thailand, excellent Wi-Fi routers individual to each room. I'm not crazy about the small bottles of body wash and shampoo, first of all who wears their glasses in the shower so you can't tell which one you're using, second of all they're just too small. The bathroom is the biggest downside, there is some negative odor coming up the drains, there are missing tiles in the shower and some mold and grout. I believe the hotel uses a linen service for their sheets and towels, no complaints with that. The towels are clean and fresh everyday. Housekeeping could use floor supervisors following up on their work there is some inconsistency but all in all the places quite clean and I'm a real germaphobe. There is a 7-Eleven about a block away and the shopping mall a block and a half away, you'll likely have anything you need at those places. Some hotels in Thailand are rather ridiculous about bringing an overnight guest into your room, extra charges, or if one of the sheets should get a stain on it but this hotel is good about those things. That's a huge plus, I stayed at other hotels in Thailand where they would not refund my key deposit because I lost three seat even though I still had the key, and the housekeeper was chasing me down the hall because there was a couple drops of blood on the sheets. This hotel does not seem to be scammy that way so I think it's a well-managed place, bathrooms could use an upgrade and a convex shower curtain bar, the showers are too narrow if you're pushing 200 lb like me. All in all a good stay and thank you caesars, I rate you as my number two hotel in Thailand considering I stay in the 30 to 50 US dollar range.

Located at Pattaya central .. opposite Pattaya Central shopping mall. Within walking distance to Pattaya beach and the massage shops.. a lot of restaurants and night market nearby.
