Check in was a little fraught as my booking name didn’t match my ID, because I didn’t use my middle names in the booking . It took them about 10 minutes to accept I was who I was . Not a good way to start . However everything else was good . Room was nice , bed large and comfy and bathroom just about ok . Breakfast had plenty of options although the fried eggs were all cold .  Great location close to Terminal 21

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Walking distance to main attractions and Terminal 21, a huge shopping mall in Pattaya. Overall a very good stay. Will stay here again whenever in Pattaya.

- staying at Block B, enjoying a good view of the pool - enjoy waiting our friends at the lobby, nice environment and temperature - appreciate the big smiles from the front desk and breakfast room - great variety and good quality of the breakfast - good lightning at the room and washroom - no shower facilities by the pool (guests have to go back) - close to Terminal 21 and other restaurants

This place is almost perfect to us. The cleanliness of the surrounding areas was very good, staff were very friendly and polite. The negative side was the bathroom that gets wet every time we showered, poorly designed. The pool has very few sun bed to cater for the guests.

Great Location only some minutes walk to Terminal mall. Circular Tuk Tuk passes in front of hotel frequently and followed beach till walking street. Modern and spacious rooms and a nice big pool. Didn’take overpriced breakfast. They have small Gymn with quite new equipment. In general staff is friendly and smiling.

급하게 가는 아이와의 여행이어서 리뷰를 보면서도 반신 반의 하면서 예약했어요. 특히 Google 리뷰가 너무 안 좋았는데 왜 그런지 모르겠어요. 자기들만 가고 싶어서 그런가?ㅎㅎㅎ지원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 웃는 미소로 반겨 주었습니다. 웰컴 드링크가 있구요. 웰컴 팝콘도 있어요.ㅋㅋ방도 깨끗했구요. 다만 Google 리뷰에 몇 몇 보였던 내용처럼 전기 콘센트가 멀리 있어서 저희는 점프 케이블을 가지고 갔어요. 여행 가실 분들 참고 하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 수영장 물도 깨끗하고수영장 물도 너무 깊지 않아 아이가 놀게 좋았어요.어린이 튜브도 3개 정도 수영장에서 준비해줘서 만약 튜브 없이 가도 아이들이 잘 쓸 수 있어요. 방음이 안 된다는 건 같긴 한데 저희는 너무 재밌게 놀고 휴식을 취 하느라 다른 방 소리를 못 들었어요.ㅋㅋ 환락가랑은 거리가 좀 먼 곳입니다. 현금으로 2000바트 내야 하구요. 체크아웃할때 문제 없으면 잘 돌려 줍니다.
