The room was not very clean. There were stains on the furniture. There is no sound insulation. It is impossible to sleep at night. The windows overlook the bars, and there are parties all night. One of the advantages is a good swimming pool, a beautiful view of the city. You can ask for hanging towels. There would be no complaints about this number if the price was 20% lower.

Location was superb . We were delighted with the unique way of getting the key and access through the room .

The apartment is great, near to busy tourist popular area. The view suppose to have nice sea view( however the building in front is blocking the view)

Worth every penny. But pls pls pls get the elavator issue under control 😂 spent a lot of time in them. Maybe open the 4. One to the customers. But the place is perfekt

The room is very dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. It’s a services apartment, not a hotel. Pool is nice but too many people in the building. Not elevators for the building size.

This hotel is very good and room is very spacious facing the sea. I really like the hotel stafff who has arrange us for early morning check in. The hotel has swimming pool top where we can see the whole sea view of Pattaya. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will recommend everyone. The location was perfect

Beautiful Ocean view in the room, having cutlery set and microwave. Great infinity pool to take IGable sunset photos Centre location in Pattaya and walk 3 mins to 7-11. Remember to contact owner in advance to get password to get the access key. Owner is very helpful and reply quickly.

Nice and efficient hotel. Room are cosy and clean. Rooftop and swimming pool are beautiful.

I would strongly advise against staying here.As a couple we booked for two nights. Arrived at the hotel with no knowledge of any special check in guide we were supposed to have received. We entered the hotel and and asked staff behind the desk how we could gain access to the room we paid for to which they replied they cannot help as it’s a condominium not a hotel and to contact the owner. We then contacted the owner via email as the phone number can not be called from a Thai phone. He replied with a very blunt email basically blaming myself for not checking my emails or WhatsApp etc (I didn’t receive any details whatsoever) long story short we had to book another hotel as we couldn’t access. The owner informed us we cannot cancel And will only refund us for 1 day. (Which I still have not received) trip.com were also very unhelpful taking the owners side and proving very difficult to contact anyone but a useless chat bot.

Great roof top pool !! And facilities with superb views from both pool areas, loved they had a pool table and fantastic gym and equipment !!

Location is great. What I liked was the hotel was very visible from around the city so I could leave my phone in the room and I could wonder about and I didn’t need to use a map to find my way back. You can just spot the hotel from wherever you are. Unsurprisingly in the photos the swimming pool looks quite empty but in reality it’s generally quite busy, I was concerned about the quality of the cleanliness of the water. It was quite dirty because there’s a lot of people going in and out. I lost my key and the staff were excellent in giving me a new one straight away. I had to pay a fee but was fair enough. The communication was really good.
