The food was fine, but the rooms were quite average and so were the amenities. There was no hot water availability in the bathrooms and the towels were very old and worn out.

The hotel was a great destination for couples and families, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, ensuring a relaxing experience. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. Overall, a satisfying stay with great hospitality.

I'm a regular here. i don't book any other property when I am in Patiala. The staff is very well behaved and professional. They have updated their menu and brought in a new chef, the food is really good. Breakfast spread is also quite good. From Check-in to check-out, it was good as always. One recommendation, do add Dinner as well in buffet. 😎 Will be back by the end of this year.

centrally located .food was good .scrumptious breakfast .but lots of marriage s happening in the premises during season .Rooms r not fully sound proof .but they do follow stop music time though I guess .

Washbasin had problems. Poor and helpless reception people. They were not accepting the facts and circumstances. Good housekeeping people. Too much cost and charge for everything. No complementary breakfast. So expensive, not worth for the money they got

The room was average in terms of cleanliness. The staff at the reception were not cordial at all when asked for a slightly late check out in case we got a few mins late than the usual check out time of 12 noon. There are ways to respond politely to the guest.

Id k why front desk manager who accepted my checkin was so arrogant and rigid didnt even got a smile on his face and the food quality was also not upto the mark

The experience at the property was terrible. There is no hot water availability in the rooms. We had to continuously call lobby for hot water and they kept giving excuses, however it never became available. They gave us the cheaper rooms even though we had booked the higher ones. The staff and the manager at front desk was not helpful. I accidentally left my keys at breakfast came back in 2 minutes and it was gone. And the staff refused to help with a new key. They even had the audacity to tell me that i must have kept it somewhere when it was literally just at the table 2 minutes ago. Overall really bad experience, will not recommend at all.
