Our staycation at Hotel Okura was lovely! We love it that it was quiet and not a lot of people stayed, so we had privacy in the facilities and even the restaurant wasn't crowded. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options and the rooms were very spacious! The convenience of being connected to Resorts World Mall was also easy and accessible.

Just a little comment in the bathroom(shower room)  there’s a bit stinky smell.

Really appreciated stuffs attentiveness!!!  At the restaurant  we felt as if we were in Japan !!!  Foods were great & service was nice!!! 😊  Thank you so much !!!

One of my favorite hotels in Manila. First of all, the location is great! Very close to the airport, very convenient for early morning and late night flights. And the food is delicious as it is a Japanese hotel. I bought a tart from the pastry store and ate it in my room. It was so good! I will definitely come back to stay again.

It was a great experience. The Japanese-themed room is a must try.

We had a great stay! It is located in new port city. The room is spacious. I just think the bathroom needs to be clean thorougly, Coz it has yellow stain in the bath area.

We enjoyed our stay coz the people as so nice, polite and attentive. However here are some of my comments - long walk from the elev to our room, being a PWD it’s hard for me coz I walk with cane. I expected that there is at least another elev or other way much nearer to our room in the other side. The pavemet is dimly lighted - there still things maybe left by the last guest that we found mostly under the bed and cabinets like socks, colone cover that maybe was not seen by the cleaners. - why we are not allowed to use the bath tub? 😢is that only for display? But overall it’s ok. We had a good time. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Exceptional. Everything is great. The location, cleanliness and the health club is just amazing. Looking forward to stay here again.

We stayed just to sleep for one night while waiting for our flight in the morning. Waling distance from the airport, which was the most important part for us. Amazing pool, awesome spacious room. I would not book it if it was to stay in Manila for more days.

This hotel so great I love the ambiance. The staff so friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the toilet it's important to me very well. Have delicious foods. All I can say everything is great. Highly recommended❤️

One of my favorite places to stay in Manila. Rooms are beautiful with all the amenities. Breakfast is amazing. Centrally located and you can literally stay in the hotel the whole time without leaving. Love this place.
