Manila Marriott Hotel at Newport World Resorts anmeldelser

I book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all).  The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance.  If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

Another great stay at Marriott. The consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort was impressive. Staff were attentive and made check-in/out smooth. Loved the convenience of being right next to the airport and entertainment areas.

Not my first stay at the Marriot but it was, for a stay with lounge access. It didn’t disappoint. As usual, staff at reception/check-in were very helpful. There was a slight mix-up coz I paid for 3 pax breakfast while only 2 was reflected in their system. It was corrected right away by showing my confirmed booking details. Special mention to Ely, staff at the lounge. Customer service at it’s best!

I had an amazing experience at Marriott Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, as it is close to NAIA Terminal 3 and within Newport City. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing ambiance. I particularly appreciated the amenities, including the rooftop pool with a stunning view, the gym, and the cozy lounge areas. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to start the day right.

The staff is very accommodating, and the location near Terminal 3 is convenient. However, it may not be ideal for kids, as the swimming pool is only for adults.

We can feel that the beddings and towels are very old. Shower head is functioning very poorly. The shower area feels so dirty. Service staff needs improvement - on our last day, a service crew was knocking on our door while we were still sleeping. We didnt call for anyone but I went on to answer the door anyway. She was just asking if we theres something we need.

Good location great experience and fabulous hospitality will consider to stay over again in my next journey

Perfect stay lovely food great club lounge super staff looking forward to stay again.

The room was clean and spacious. The room service food was really good. The steak at the Cur restaurant is also good, but pricey. Overall, had nice experience.

The room given to us was a little dated, but clean and spacious. Service was great as well as the food. Breakfast buffet also has a good selection. Lobby cafe is also cozy.
