The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

The hotel location is not very close to the tourists spots. There are many restaurants nearby but it is a little bit dangerous when it is late. Hotel staff are very friendly there. Nice one.

One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. L'accueil a été un peu bizarre car je suis membre gold dans cete chaine, mais n'ai pas réservé via leur site... aussi le personnel m'a dit que je n'avais pas droit à mes privilèges habituels. Au delà de ça, tout s'est bien passé et l'hotel est de bon standing. Petit déjeuner excellent et avec des produits régionaux de qualité. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais au calme, enn pleine ville !

The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.

The staff are very friendly; they helped us to check in late. The place is very clean. My room had a great view of the surrounding area.
