What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. The amenities were great, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service from the staff was truly excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was, there were plenty of attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained, so parents can actually relax too!
