Primitive facilities, no electric fan (as it said it had!), no wifi (only in reception area but not bedroom), the luggage storage costed 5 euros each, reception area only opens from 15:00-00:00 (sometimes even ended earlier!). If it was not for the olympics and there were limited choice of hotels, I would not choose this for my stay in Paris.

Atendimento péssimo, teve sempre problemas nas reservas, muito sem educação os atendentes, nunca tinha ninguém na recepção. Não limparam o quarto, não respeitaram os clientes. Péssimo atendimento.

Obnoxious and rude staff. Left 2 young girls with nowhere to stay. After buying a holiday deal, on arrival we were told we needed to pay. The holiday operator tried to speak to the hotel but they refused to speak to them, and left us hanging about for over 3 hours not knowing what was happening, and eventually we had to try and find somewhere else to stay. Manners cost nothing, and this could have been resolved with a simple conversation. They should be ashamed of themselves, customer service is clearly not high on their list.

My issue with booking is about a reservation to a hotel in Paris called Hotel Du Roi Rene I made booking for 5 nights at this hotel 1st day that lady took 90 minutes to check me in , she called *********** like 5 or 6 times The listing on *********** says they can speak English, Arabic, French & Italian , she barely speaks English, no Arabic at all Finally after the check in she started listing rules for me , towels are changed every other day , there is an outside door that she close at 9pm & she gave me copy of the key to get in after 9pm Rules were weird for me & she didn’t mention about cleaning the room, only changing towels, I was tired from long flight & wanted to take a shower so I just said okay Also Wifi was down for that day she said 1st day I returned at night & got to my room 2nd day I left around 8:30 am the place ( supposed to be a hotel ) was still closed & no one on the front desk, I returned back at 9:07 pm the outside door was stuck & I wasn’t able to get in I kept knocking the door, yelling at them maybe any guest or worker can hear me , an open window for that room above the door but light was off Passengers in the street tried to help me with the door, calling their phone & yelling too but no one helped Finally I threw a coin on that open window & luckily it did hit it , that was the room for the reception lady She came down & opened the door after 20 minutes from being stuck out I called *********** to complain, 1st call for 50 minutes , the agent didn’t help me & disconnected the call Called again & was disconnected when I asked for a supervisor Called for the third time ( 45 minutes) the supervisor seemed to be helpful but she can’t take any action to cancel my reservation & move me to different hotel , she said management of that place I am staying at have to approve the request 1st ( which they will never do for sure ) On the 3rd day I did put a sign that I don’t want anyone to enter my room not to mess with my stuff or get in more issues with that place, they took the sign away, got into the room to change towels but didn’t clean the room, so they aren’t respecting my privacy & request I asked the lady if the wifi is working & that I need to speak to manager for all my issues, she said no manager available & asked me to pay the 25€ for taxes before getting the Wifi I just left her to see what booking will do about my complaint, called booking on the third day spent 70 minutes on the line . The supervisor talked to her & came back to me that I need to pay the taxes & deal with that lady as *********** can’t help with my issue He said she claimed I am liar & wasn’t locked out the previous night, I asked him to get the security camera videos, he asked me to tape a video if that happened again & credited my accounts with 25€ So now I realized that ai am stuck with that place that lacks hospitality & unprofessional company that just took my money then said we can’t help you, go & help yourself I spent my days left without

Do not stay here! I woke up with close to 50 bed bug bites all over my body which were confirmed to be bed bugs when I found 2x crawling on my mattress. It was then confirmed by a pharmacist and I had to get creams and medication. The place is extremely noisy, and has no air conditioning which makes it an uncomfortable stay especially on hot days in France. The room wasn’t serviced for 2x days and when it was they entered the room without knocking and we had to leave for them to clean it. Very poor hygiene standards and I would not recommend staying here. The area is fantastic though, just stay somewhere different :)

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. On the first morning he woke up full of bites and then we saw the actual bedbugs . Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want to deal with bedbugs!!!!! Also, it is super loud in the hotel and there is no ac. Pretty disgusting place. Never again!

Vraiment un hôtel qui ne devrait pas être ouvert et qui devrait être fermé, très mauvaise expérience, les chambres sont tristes et dégoûtantes, la salle de bain ne vaut pas la peine d'être mentionnée, ni la douche, l'eau qui est tombée est tombée. C'était une piscine parce que l'eau ne descendait pas et le tambour ne descendait même pas bien. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs que de dépenser du temps et de l'argent. Ici le lit est pour ne pas dire super en mauvais état, tout est vraiment très mauvaise expérience

Péssimo!!! Por favor, ler este comentário antes de reservar pela Edreams, booking ou outro!! Chegamos a Paris por volta das 21h, no dia 22/11/2024, exaustos depois de cancelamentos de voo, antes disto fiz várias chamadas para o hotel rói di René (sem resposta) aguardei a chegada ao destino e desloquei-me ao hotel para realizar check in. Na chegada ao hotel, um senhor de meia idade que me atendeu, disse-lhe que tinha uma reserva em meu nome, este com um olhar surpreso foi ao seu molho de papéis e procurou, procurou, procurou… e para meu espanto, disse que não havia reserva em meu nome. Assustado e sem saber bem o que fazer, perguntei o que poderíamos fazer, ao qual ele respondeu que se quisesse ficar no hotel teria de pagar novamente. Após ter mostrado os comprovativos de reserva do hotel e voo, continuava a alegar que não existia qualquer reserva. Pedimos para falar com o diretor e este negou. Entretanto este senhor ligou a alguém (que parecia ser um superior) dizendo que não tinha registo de reserva alguma. Questionamos se não havia reserva, onde estava o nosso dinheiro? Entretanto chegou um cliente, pediu que esperássemos um pouco, atendeu esse cliente e deixou nos à espera carregados com as malas e sem comer, pelo menos 1h. (Fomos ver os comentários de outros viajantes do hotel, e verificamos que não fomos os primeiros a quem aconteceu algo do género)… Após alguma insistência, e de termos dito que iríamos chamar a polícia, disse que havia uma reserva sim, mas de apenas uma noite, De 21/11 para 22/11 quando a reserva do hotel foi feita de acordo aos voos, como só assim faz sentido quando se viaja! Posto isto, e após termos sido tratados de uma maneira deplorável saímos à procura de um hotel onde pudéssemos ficar, este senhor foi super mal educado, disse que estávamos a mentir e que não tínhamos reserva alguma, alegou várias vezes que ele tinha razão, mesmo vendo no meu telemóvel a confirmação por parte dos mesmos. Saímos, fomos procurar outro hotel, e até hoje nunca tivemos um pedido de desculpa por parte deste hotel nem reembolso algum. Por favor, se querem evitar serem surpreendidos negativamente e ter férias estragadas, não reservem aqui. Existem outros hotéis igualmente pertos deste e com melhores instalações, pelos mesmos valores. Este hotel, é pior que um hostel perdido num deserto. Este senhor, estava com corrimento nasal e constantemente se limpava ao braço e me pedia o telemóvel. Ambiente sem higiene alguma.

ho viaggiato molto ma questo non si può nemmeno chiamare hotel, sporco, putrido, tetro, fatiscente all'inverosimile, staff sgradevole ed arrogante, non credo sia possibile trovare una sistemazione peggiore di questa, un consiglio, non vi fate attrarre dal basso costo, meglio dormire sotto i ponti che in questo degrado

Evitate questa struttura, ho pagato e all’arrivo non mi hanno dato la camera e non mi hanno restituito i soldi, sono dei ladri, non capisco come fa booking a collaborarci, scortesi e arroganti lo sbaglio è stato mio che nn avevo letto le recensioni precedenti, NON PRENOTATE IN QUESTO HOTEL

Bonjour, Nous avions réservé une nuit au sein de cet établissement. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise au moment de s'installer dans notre chambre (n°20) est de constater l'état insalubre de celle-ci : 1) Une invasion de punaise de lit dans la literie (plusieurs dizaines) 2) Taxe de séjour de 10€ / personne et en liquide (quel foutage de gueule...) 3) Accueil déplorable et manque de professionnalisme Nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprises de s'entretenir avec la direction de l'hôtel pour demander le remboursement, n'ayant pas passé la nuit sur place, sans succès le soir même des évènements et le lendemain, toutes nos tentatives ont échoué pour des raisons plus que douteuses ! Etablissement signalé auprès des organismes compétents (DGCCRF, DDPP, DDETSPP...) En conclusion passez votre chemin l'état de l'hôtel est inadmissible et ses gérants sont incompétents et malhonnêtes
