A great hotel if you love Parc de la villette. The view of the hotel is looking directly into the park. Though the size is not very big, it’s just nice for couples to relax and and unwind during the stay. There is a laundromat nearby, where you can access and pay using coins or card to wash clothes. The receptionist also kindly lend the adapter to be used during the stay.

Very easy check-in/check-out and great location with the M7 line on the doorstep which went everywhere I needed on my trip! The breakfast was decent and the staff very friendly which was lovely to have first thing in the morning. Just had an issue with the power sockets in my room but was quickly resolved once I informed reception. Very comfortable and stylish hotel, will definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean, small room though. Nice Decorations but the double bed were always going separate ways. A king size bed would be good deal for couples. Nice integration with the hippopotamus steak house

A fancy hotel with good design idea but you can also feel the management cannot catch up the advantage design at same time. The amenities is OK, but not very functional.

Hotel location was great. The hotel was clean and staff were good. Breakfast was poor, relative to other similar hotels we have stayed in (similar price and overall rating). Enjoyed the stay.

Unable to travel due to passport stolen by pick pocket in Italy. Hotel management not allow to cancel the booking 😡

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel… and don’t know how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. Firstly the location…. Not safe at all and extremely dangerous the moment u step out of the metro. I felt super scared walking to the hotel which is less an 2 minute walk… especially at night. 2nd - The staff who work here are rude and dismissive, they do not make guests feel welcome at all and during check in they told me what card I can or can’t use for deposit. They gave me so much attitude when I said I had 2 guests in the room (which was what I originally booked for) also I kindly requested for higher floor and upgrade room if possible they gave the lowest floor 2… the rooms don’t look clean and the amenities are bare minimum and old. The bed is super uncomfortable as they gave us 2 single beds instead of a bigger bed for 2 of us.

Nice little hotel rooms are a decent size we only really sleep in them metro across the road and only €30 to the airport there is pool table table tennis also and a gym very friendly staff . We didn’t eat there but the do a breakfast and ther a hippocampus next door . Would return and readable price and we do not mind public transport or is a nice work to Center along the canal .

Clean, quick and helpfull service. Only one thing; only decaf coffee in the rooms..
