Extremely kind staffs, super nice room, the snack room is very chill and comfortable, will definitely recommend for anyone traveller.Even got a chill gym room.

Great location and coffee but no other reasons to recommend. Very standard service which not even a little little bit further services would be provided with this 4 stars hotels.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Its environment is safe, although it is next to Paris Gare du Nord railway station.

Location is good, in between 2 train stations. Going around Paris is easy with easy accessibility to metro, RER and buses. Hotel room is spacious and clean. However, lack of a few amenities like a refrigerator and electric kettle. Staffs were friendly who would greet you every morning whether it was housekeeping, cafe staff or reception.

Unbeatable location - near train station. Super friendly staff; snack and complimentary drinks throughout the day if needed. Drinking water can be obtained in common areas which is very handy.

Didn’t know there would be no kettle in the room , and bed was kinda hard to sleep on , felt like I’m awake the whole time . Checked out early to find other hotels

It was tricky to find the entrance of the hotel but it is just next to the train station (i believe east exit). We love the aesthetic of the hotel, the friendly staff & the lounge service! There is no fridge in the room so it helps that we have access to the lounge to get our drinks etc. The room is clean and a nice size for couples. However, 1 of the days we put on a do not disturb sign but, the housekeeper still went in and cleaned the room. That was our only disappointment as we felt it wasnt professional. Apart from that, all staffs, rooms and services are exceptional!

距離火車站很近，但也不算吵。只是讓他安排安靜的房間時，並沒有安排妥當。早餐倒還行，而且全天候小吃和飲品免費供應，下午茶吃點免費的點心和飲品挺好。整體還行，但下次我會選擇火車站正對面那新開的酒店試試。
