I am very disappointed with Ibis, I have booked 2 rooms one for my brother in law and his wife with a toddler and the second room for his brother in law as a present from us and during there stay in Paris it was running all the time, I have received a phone from my brother in law complaining about his room, they give them a room with faulty window and the rain goes direct to the room and flooding most all the room and the carpet completely wet, so I have phoned the hotel for an explanation because they know about the problem, they promised me they will give them another and better room , unfortunately I just find out from my brother in law that they stayed in the same room for the 3 nights, because they offer them another room with half the seize for the 3 of them and it was impossible to accept it, the answer from the hotel was take it or stay in the same room and they stayed in the same room spending time cleaning the water and the draft all night, this’s very unfair after I have paid nearly a 1000 Euros, I would like you to investigate the situation as I was going to take a legal action for some money to be refunded, please find enclosed my direct details for future correspondence
