Hedonist House - Amazing Apartment - 6 Guests - 5 Min from Gare de Lyon

Good but not quite as advertised The location was decent, the property was secure and the building was clean. The apartment itself was not quite as advertised - the "3 bedrooms" were really 2 bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. More disappointingly, the pictures in the listing don't show the peeling paint and plaster in the kitchen and bathroom, and the mold spots on the bathroom ceiling from lack of adequate moisture ventilation. A few of the lightbulbs throughout the apartment don't work, and the inside of the washing machine door was covered in mold, so we couldn't use that machine without making our clothes moldy. Fortunately, there is a good laundromat a couple blocks away. Lastly, the apartment wasn't ready when we showed up for checkin, despite us communicating that we would be there at the front of the checkin window - the cleaner was still there, so we had to wait outside of the building for about 15 minutes while we waited to be able to access the building (the cleaner had the keys we were supposed to use). All in all it was OK, but underwhelming for the cost and for what we expected from the listing.
