What really sets Alona Grove apart, though, is the exceptional service. The owner went above and beyond by helping us with a personal issue – mailing a forgotten item back to us in Cebu without accepting any compensation. Such acts of kindness and customer care are rare and deserve to be commended. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quiet location meant we could enjoy both the nightlife of Alona Beach and a peaceful night's sleep.
