Their Hospitality is amazing Good food Ambience was good Staff was amazing Specially Shobna she explained us evrything properly Have been recommending my friends they have already been there mine was the first time but Amazing experience The weather was also very cool at this time Worth visiting

Beautiful hotel right next to Sydney Point. Valley plus side rooms have a beautiful view. There is large balcony to sit and enjoy with your family. The service is prompt and efficient, anything that we needed was taken care of.There are beautiful lawns, well maintained garden with flowering plants and an observation deck to enjoy the view. The food was good too. We had a lovely stay and well definitely be back soon.

We have visited there with Family.we have booked Jr executive room for 2 days.Room was very big and beautiful.Overall our stay was excellent.There service was also very fast.Staff is really nice and cooperative.Food is really amazing.Thankyou Ravine

We had a plesant stay at Ravine. The view from the room was stunning...It was raining and the climate was quite Blisfull...we enjoyed the food and the BF buffet. Ample parking and security available. I would highly recommend to experience the stay at Ravine...awsome experience. All the staff were coperative and service was good..

Amazing location. Amazing food especially the breakfast.😋 Everything in the resort is up to the mark. It was my 3rd visit here. And I hope to visit again in future. All the rooms are good but the Executive plus room gives a royal like feeling !

The Executive room provided to us was small eventhiugh we requested the team to provide a bigger room but they allocated it to someone else. This hotel doesn’t consider the fact if you are a repeating guest visiting the hotel for year’s or a completely new guest. They should atleast provide some preference to preferred guests who intend to visit frequently. The interior of hotel needs some maintenance, the key holder was falling , the fridge was not working as expected, one of the bathroom was too small and we cannot even use it properly. The receptionist madam sounded bit rude but other male staff was good and supporting. Considering all these things , we would consider twice before visiting the hotel again
