I stayed at Sterling Panchgani with my family for three nights with a very good atmosphere and vibes.At the time reached at the resort the front desk welcomed us with a glass of juice.My check in done very smoothly.At the time sunset we enjoyed very good sunset from resort balcony.The resort peoples very good and extended help when it required.The resort is not big but all facilities available there.I specially given thanks to Mr Rajib Das for his suggestion to visit Kas Plateau situated at Satara for seeing valley of flowers there.

It was a great experience staying with sterling panchgani. Staff was super supportive and polite. Special mention to pranjal for taking care of throughout the stay. The food was great rooms were comfortable with lovely sceneric view. Thank you sterling panchgani for giving us a memorable stay.

Excellent staff led by Mr Das, Pranjal and Jagmohan took great and personal care during our stay. Excellent service, good food, enjoyable ambience. Comfortable room, good balcony for morning tea, fresh cool breeze, good lawns. A good location, silent area, no noise disturbance.

Nice place with good hospitality. Food is very good quality with excellent service given by MR ANSHU who is in charge of restaurant. Room size is nice. Excess to market is only by hiring taxi. Or personal car is must. Free staying and bathing facility to be provided for driver.

During my recent stay at your resort, I accidentally left behind my wallet and pedicure shaving kit bag, which contained ₹14,000 ***** with my cards and driving license. I was truly relieved and impressed when Mr. Chauhan personally called me to inform me about my belongings. At that time, I had already left Panchgani, but he ensured that my wallet and other items were safely delivered to my address within two to three days. What touched me even more was that he did not charge me for the courier service, understanding that I am a senior citizen and do not use a smartphone. This thoughtful gesture reflects the integrity, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality that Sterling Resorts provides to its guests. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and dedication of Mr. Chauhan and the entire team. Such acts of kindness and excellent customer service make a lasting impression. Regards ADI B SINGORIA

We had the pleasure of staying at Sterling Panchgani Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Sanjay, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay even more memorable with his attentive and friendly service. The resort itself is wonderful, with a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing. The food was exceptionally tasty, with a variety of options that pleased everyone in our family. we have booked three rooms and the rooms was provided adjustment to each other front office manager Sanjay Chauhan ensured that everything is in placed we needed. Food was costly at resort as taxes but the taste worth it. over all thanks for making the stay good and good shout to Sanjay Chauhan for exceptional service.

New property.Good cleanliness.At reception Mr.Sanjay welcomed us nicely.At restaurant good service provided by all staff including chef,Mr.Anshu, Jagmohan,Mr.Sharma.Overall stay was very pleasant. Location of property is also good.

Sterling Panchgani is a place to love the Western ghat view with the natural beauty of the greenery,peaceful surrounding, with birds chirping, refreshing air, professionally maintained accommodation with courteous staffs. Only thing - the choice on the food are very limited . This Hotel doesnt have any lift facility , as everyone has mentioned try to accommodate on 2nd floor of the hotel to get the breathtaking view. This is the best place for the family to avoid the youngster crowd. I will definitely revisit this place.
