During my recent stay at your resort, I accidentally left behind my wallet and pedicure shaving kit bag, which contained ₹14,000 ***** with my cards and driving license. I was truly relieved and impressed when Mr. Chauhan personally called me to inform me about my belongings. At that time, I had already left Panchgani, but he ensured that my wallet and other items were safely delivered to my address within two to three days. What touched me even more was that he did not charge me for the courier service, understanding that I am a senior citizen and do not use a smartphone. This thoughtful gesture reflects the integrity, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality that Sterling Resorts provides to its guests.
