This place is magical and beautiful. I loved my stay here and to say all of this is an understatement. The breakfast is exceptionally good! The eggs that the staff and owner make are so good. Niccolino, their cat, is a sweetie and makes the space feel warmer. Our room was absolutely beautiful and clean! The bed was comfortable and we also had AC in the room. Maurizio and his staff were so kind to us and gave us tips on how to arrive, depart, where to eat and go all around Palermo. I am already planning to come back soon. I am hoping to stay in a different room next time since they’re all themed. If you love architecture, art, design and Italian charm, stay here. This is not a resort and so you have to also help care for the space. Places like this are rare so I hope it continues to be available for decades to come.

My wife and I stayed at Artisan Maison for a few days in Feb’23. Maurizio is the perfect host, giving us invaluable information on Palermo. The room was comfortable, we had a small balcony overlooking the street, nice to sit out and watch the world pass by, at night there was no noise issues from the street below. Maurizio prepared a lovely breakfast each morning, which set us up for the day ahead. The location is perfect as far as we were concerned, the marina, port, city centre and old town are all within walking distance, we pounded the streets hitting the tourist sites, street markets and totting up approx. 12-15Km each day. There are several good restaurants and a couple of bars close by. If you travel by bus from the airport the hotel is approx. 10 min walk from the bus stop. Maurizio had sent an e-mail to us on the day of arrival giving relevant information regarding travel information including and stops to alight, and direction to hotel. Truly a thoughtful host.

ago Very disappointed with the accommodation provider which has an antiquated plumbing system. The shower and bath flooded, so the hotel is deducting holding deposit for €200 without consent and for issues not our fault and thier responsibility. They accussed us without any proof just to cover their cost of flushing a sanitary towel as the reason for the blockage. My partner was very distressed. Highly concerning and a fabricated lie. I am sure our comments will be rebuffed by the provider! Never experienced such behaviour by a accommodation provider. Take care!

Beautiful and eclectic- a real gem in Palermo. The staff and service are absolutely excellent. Beautiful rooms! Stunning lounge area to dit and patio that’s gorgeous. Highly recommend. Situated close to all sites. Walking easy and quick.

Maurizio is a professional,the hotel is highly recommend on every aspect . comfortable beds, nice breakfast , very polite staff, just in the heart of Palermo,every restaurant he recommended us, was delicious food,he made us feel at home

Artisan è la mia certezza ogni volta che vado a Palermo! Un posto magico, curato nei minimi dettagli e molto accogliente. La colazione consumata in terrazza mentre Maurizio suona il piano , è il momento che più preferisco e mi fa sentire a casa.

Accueil charmant et beaucoup d’aide des hôtes pendant le séjour (réservation restaurants, etc.). Chambre spacieuse dans une jolie décoration, ménage fait tous les jours. très bon petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Artisan Maison è stata una buona scelta per un bel weekend a Palermo ! Originale, pulito, con una piacevole buonissima colazione in terrazza ravvivata da due chiacchiere con la gentile Carlotta che è sempre stata molto disponibile a darci informazioni ! “Alexa” in camera ci ha coccolato e divertito! Vicino al centro storico ! Ci ritornerei molto volentieri! Ps w il gatto Nicola!
