Too much noise from the ongoing renovation starting from 8am. Anyway the kopi nako just in front of the hotel is good.

Located in the heart of Alam Sutera is the value added for this hotel but the service needs to be improved. The elevator is always not working so we had to take our luggage through the stairs by our self as there was no staff standby and the receptionist did not offered any assistance. Furthermore working is on progress and it disturbed us during our stay except in the evening.

This was my second stay. My first stay was ok, not a fine type of hotel but it was OK. But my second stay made me reconsider to go back. Lucky for this hotel there are not many options in Alam Sutera. Please make a reasonable rules, you’re a two-star hotel for god’s sake.

I like to stay at the hotel , its very clean, comfortable, near to living world, broadway , etc. and i’m enjoying breakfast at the hotel, its delicious So i rare 5 star to rhe hotel
