Posizione molto buona. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Colazione buonissima. Hotel consigliato.

Joli petit hôtel plutôt bien situé à 15 mn à pied de l’entrée du centre historique. Chambre un peu petite mais mignonnette. Quartier calme en cette époque et stationnement facile dans la rue. Petit déjeuner correct

Espectacular!

Stayed here for two nights on our cycling holiday. Hotel was modern, clean and well decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection to choose from. The hotel has a secure garage area close by where we could leave our bikes during the stay. The walk to the main restaurant/shopping area was about 7 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay in Otranto. My partner and I had an amazing stay at this hotel which is a short walk to the historical centre. The room was clean and with decent amenities. The hotel staff were amazing. Great staff at reception desk. Parking was free and nearby. Hot tub on rooftop is a great way to get me the day after sightseeing and visiting nearby beaches.

We had 3 nights at this lovely hotel. It’s quite small but airy and clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the roof terrace on an evening watching the sun come down. An easy walk into the old town. Complementary off site car parking was a bonus as the road outside the hotel is very narrow.

Great location and really helpful and friendly staff. Hotel was clean and stylish with good breakfast choices. Only a 5 minute walk to the sea front and historic otranto. Lovely roof top terraces with great views. Really relaxing start to our holiday!!! Loved it!

Stunning hotel. Lovely rooms and wonderful jacuzzi on roof top that you can enjoy with a glass of prosecco. The staff are so friendly and polite nothing is too much trouble and they manage to accommodate all requests. From reception to breakfast and bar staff they are all amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't catch all names but really a credit to the hotel. We booked a massage as a couple and Luigi and Giovanna did a great job. So professional and relaxing it was a fantastic experience. We would recommend Relais valle dell idroas a peaceful retreat at walking distance from the old town and sea side. We had a lovely night sleep.we can suggest to use all facilities to appreciate the hotel s. Offer. We definitely recommend staying at this property to enjoy the hospitality and the good position.

We didn't have high expectations of the hotel because a company booked it for us and we didn't know anything about Otranto. We were so wrong. The staff were absolutely fantastic, polite, helpful, efficient and going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Gian - Luigi who works nights was so so helpful and I will always be sorry that I was so focused on getting to the airport that we didn't leave a tip. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. Drinks were available during the day but unfortunately no food which is only available in the high season. The outside space is great and on three levels. Our ground floor room was very good and very tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel, only gripe was that the mattress protector had a rough surface which we could feel through the sheet. We would advise that it was changed. It was a short walk into town and hardly a hill as some people have indicated. The garage parking is a minutes walk away. To round up you won't go wrong by staying at this hotel.

What a wonderful warm welcome we received. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us and it made the contrast with previous hotel’s staff more noticeable. Small but comfortable room. Shower was very small. Lovely breakfast, very fresh and would return very happily.

Molto ben organizzato, pulito e confortevole. Gentilissimi alla reception e alla colazione. Camera comoda e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente in strada, altrimenti ci sarebbe stato un parcheggio privato - sempre gratuito - poco distante. Si raggiunge a piedi il centro con una breve passeggiata.

Albergo sconsigliato La struttura non ha rispecchiato i requisiti descritti sulla pagina web dell’hotel . Tanti sono stati punti negativi: Partiamo dal bagno doccia estremamente piccola del 1949 ., stanza piccola priva di balcone., Nonostante la prenotazione del parcheggio al coperto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare a 350 m dalla struttura Creandoci un disagio ., posizione un po’ scomoda per arrivare in centro., le signore della colazione molto gentili ., Volevamo noleggiare un motorino ci hanno chiesto 500 € di caparra neanche se Avevamo chiesto una Ferrari in noleggio … L’unica nota Molto molto molto comodo .

Le foto, ben realizzate, falsano la realtà del luogo e le recensioni con il senno di poi non sono attendibili. Sembra un hotel quasi di lusso, ma non lo è. Le terrazze sarebbero astrattamente carine, ma sono affacciate su parcheggi/rumorose strade limitrofe/palazzi adiacenti. Stanza piccolissima e priva di confort: tra il letto e il muro ci sono pochissimi centimetri, come da foto; due persone nella stanza doppia assegnatami si muovono a stento; la doccia è minuscola; è un albergo di una località di mare e non c'è alcuno spazio per stendere un telo da spiaggia. Salvo solo la cordialità del personale (reception, pulizia stanza, colazione: tutti molto garbati e disponibili). Insomma, l'hotel non merita nè 4 stelle, nè il prezzo pagato (le tariffe online nel momento in cui scrivo oscillano tra i 134 e 179 euro a notte).
