Convenient location, easy walk to national museum, Akershus Fortress, Oslo Opera House, Deichman, Munch etc. Has a convenient store and pharmacy right next to the hotel. Excellent breakfast at 6:30am weekdays and 8am weekends. Quite helpful with porter service as we were taking the Norway in a Nutshell self guided tour. Make sure to bring adhesive tape to affix the tag for the porter service or ask the desk for tape. Get off at National Theatre station if taking the airport train. Short walk along the park towards Rosenkrantz Gate.

The location is fantastic. The hotel provides for basic facilities. Breakfast can be pre-booked. But it lacks some basic amenties: 1. It lacks a telephone in each room. How are we to reach out to the reception in case of any support ? 2. Majority of travellers from Asia will not carry things like electric plugs (Norway has a typical plug ). So the only way is to now purchase it from a shop. Even that is fine, if you reach the hotel at an odd hour then we will have to wait for the shop to open to purchase the connector/plug. 3. TV channels lack basic english channels. Nowadays satellite channels are cheap atleast connect the TVs to the internet for streaming youtube. 4. Rooms have hangers but lack cupboards. 5. No dental kits or shaving kits etc.

Great place to stay with family. Good value for money. Nice environment.

Location is convenient easy walking distance to many sightseeing spot. However quality of room cleanliness is mediocre. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices of food to choose from, all in all great hotel

Great location, the entire hotel needs to be cleaned. The room, the carpets, the mirror etc… Just tips! Employees smile that’s a big plus! Keep it that way! Stordalen «burde» besøke sine hoteller når det gjelder renslighet!

設施：比較新。 衞生：挺乾淨 早餐不是很適合中國人的胃口，可以下載grap點外賣。 晚上凌晨三四點聽到很大聲的禱告聲，因為旁邊是學校。可以問前台拿耳塞

不錯，很棒的酒店

設施很好，服務很好，我們飛機很早酒店人員還準備了早餐給我們，交通方便快捷，周圍好吃的很多很多很多很多。

大無語事件 設施上寫了空調 結果是壞的 沒有開關就算了 還一直吹冷風 也沒有所謂的暖氣 找前台不接電話 親自去了是個不怎麼友好的白人 説還沒到開空調的季節（***）好吧零下十幾度是我南方人不抗凍了 更無語的是退房的時候我落了一對香奈兒耳釘 記得很清楚放在桌子上走的匆忙忘記了 可能還有80歐的現金……？記不清了 找前台想幫忙找找然後寄給我 hsk一口咬定沒有耳釘和什麼現金 行吧人已經在飛機上了衹能自認倒黴😅
