If you can tolerate the loud sirens from fire trucks at night, the do-it-yourself trash dumping (there is a room on the first floor where you can throw trash away), and having to request towels yourself, you will likely enjoy your stay at this hotel.

Firstly, all the staffs have a great service mind. Since a bit apart from the urban area, it has peaceful environment. Prefer for single or coupled visitors!

Very friendly staff. 400m from subway. Room with kitchen, can buy food from supermarket to cook. Washing machine available and drying of clothes at balcony.

Very nice hotel. Good staff, clean room, and affordable price. I was able to enjoy Osaka, thanks to this hotel.

The hotel is not clean the sheets are dirty pillow too and I work up with so many bites From insect disvusting stay away

Perfecf for family. The unit is so homey. Feels like your at home. Complete amenities and I love that there is a washing machine that you could use for free. There is also a coin machine in the lobby which is very convenient for the travelers. The location is not bad, it’s a 5 min walk from the nearest station. There’s a nearby 7/11 and Family Mart. Everything is perfect. I will definitely go back here.

It is very dirty hot, was horrible to live here, so old and bad is so small

pros: - good location, 6 mins walk to tamimachi metro station and 10 mins walk to temmabashi station - have a washing machine(washing machine and washer dryer also provided at first floor) - good price - good service attitude cons: - the family room is a bit small for a family of 4 - a bit noisy, for my book, 2 out of 3 rooms face the road, which is very noisy at night -

The room is big and have a spectacular balcony inside. The facilities is excellent with all kitchen stuffs and also have all what you need. Be bed and pillow is very comfortable. The location is good, close to the station. And plus with a very good price, will definitely choose this one.

This hotel was a good for the price. The staff were lovely and welcoming but were only there during day time hours. The room was basic, average size with very average bathroom. The shower was a little inconvenient as depending on height you will have to bend down to use it (I’m 5ft 3…). There were marks on the walls but overall happy with the cleanliness on bedding etc. The subway is about a 5 minute walk just around the corner with most attractions a stop or more away - the only walkable attraction was Osaka Castle. It does have a kettle, sink, rice cooker etc if needed. Reception area holds toothbrushes, hairbrush, earbuds, soap etc and a laundry room. We had no room service during our 5 night stay although that didn’t really matter to us. I’d recommend if you’re on a budget.

Location is walking distance to metro station. There are 7/11, Lawson convenience stores around the hotel. Also there are eateries (cafes, restaurants) found along the way to metro. The room is spacious and clean, value for money.

the service of the hotel is great. staff are polite, gentle and helpful. Some extra daily necessities are available, like comb, body scrub towel, facial cleanser, in case you forget to bring yours. the local is very very convenient, walkable distance to Osaka museum and Osaka Castle. Of course you can take the metro as well. Aeon supermarket is just 3 mins walk. Fresh fruit, sushi, sashima, beverage, bakery are availble. I wil stay in this hotel again when I come to Osaka in the next trip.

Room very run down and got smoke smell in the room as well on the bed. No house cleaning, just like staying in ABNB. Daily got to bring the used tower to change at the lobby.
