This hotel is truly amazing! It boasts a great location, a delicious breakfast with affordable prices. Especially thankful for its world's best service! Here is my personal experience: During this trip, my parents unfortunately sprained their ankles. Despite the language barrier, all the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They assisted us with everything, from contacting the hospital to finding places to rent or buy a wheelchair. We are deeply grateful for all their efforts, especially Fujimoto and Naoko Gomi. If we ever have the chance to visit Osaka again, we will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. 这家酒店真的非常棒！地理位置优越，价格实惠，早餐也很美味。特别感谢的是他们超棒的服务！我的父母在这次旅行中，不幸扭伤了脚。尽管他们有语言障碍，但是所有工作人员都非常友好，竭尽全力地帮助我们。帮我们联系了医院、租借和购买轮椅的地方等等。帮助我们打了非常多电话。我们非常感激他们的所有努力，特别是藤本和五味奈绪子。如果还有机会来大阪，我们一定会再入住这家酒店。

Front desk very helpful and friendly.. breakfast pretty good.. bathroom amenoties such shampo conditioner and soap smell so nice and make me relax

To get out from metro station and walk to hotel was a bit confused because there are so many exits. Hotel location is not close to Osaka station or others. If you like shopping, this location is good for you.

Staff were friendly and helpful although they could not speak English. They used the mobile to translate your language, so communication was ok. Location was good and room was clean.

Great choice for a decent budget stay in Namba. Cafeteria for breakfast was quite cramped.

Small room, bedroom clothing feels synthetic, cheap towels. Towels change everyday leaving in a new bag on the door handle; used put in it back and leave outside. Breakfast is common, same everyday, Japanese style (lovely miso soup!) 6:20-9:00 (but coffee machine will 10:00). Meatballs and sausages ain't good. So the choice is not very rich. Location is next to crowdy Dotunbury street, so you could not hear noises (only very loud drunk screamer I heard one night. Can not imagine what a Japanese person it was). Wifi is ok, but not fast enough on it's 65Mb/s: working with foreign countries I had interruptions. Hot water is very hot and water pressure is good! And! You have to pay accommodation fee on the check-in. Not included in your booking payment if you paid in advance. It is 100Y a day. And they don't accept UnionPat cards (neither Gazpeombank, nor China issued). I went for ATM to get cash from UP card.

The location is in equal distance to 4 metro station. Sometimes this is a little hard to travel around. But if you like to walk, it is very close to the shinsaibashi shopping street. The breakfast is kind of low quality. Don’t expect much. Sakura season is worthy of everything.

Very new hotel, great location, room on the smaller side though.

There is a lot of good packed into the small room I had, and the free breakfast was good. I was assigned a smoking room when I had specifically asked for a non smoking room and they refused to move me, unless I paid more. Also, they refused to let me check in an hour and a half early, even though I suspect the room was ready. I would stay again if the guaranteed a non smoking room.
