Beds are harder than a rock, pillows are small, but that’s common in the Far East, We’ve been all over Thailand, most of Japan all the hotels are the same then again I am 6’6” and the wife is 6’1”

It has a good location. It has convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is around 10-15 minutes walk to the metro or JR station. The room is acceptable.

Just came back from China, the hotel is a bit small compare to China but quite efficient for the size, the location is excellent

Hotel is in the middle of Osaka business district. Very convenient in terms of food & transport. Room is much more spacious than expected! love it and definitely will come back next time!

Good location and lobby, nice staff. The room had a few peculiarities and shortcomings for which I cannot recommend this hotel. The room is quite wide, except there a wall between the door and the bed which makes about 30-40 square feet less. So that 236 sf room you were expecting us well under 200 Shampoo and soap are in squeeze pouches. No outlets near the bed. There are outlets on the desk which have spring loaded covers from the sides. These covers may stop larger plugs from plugging in smugly. No outlets near

Stayed for work and walking distant to Umeda. Hotel was alright for business traveller.

세월이 느껴지는 호텔이긴합니다. 그래도 왠만한 비지니스 호텔보다는 깨끗하고 조용하고 괜찮습니다. 안내데스크에 사람들도 다 친절하고 청소 요청 안했다고 챙겨달라고 했더니 쇼핑백에 정성스럽게 전부 챙겨줘서 너무 좋았어요! 니시우메다 역은 걸어서 3분, JR오사카 역은 걸어서 10분 이내 정도이고, 유니버셜이랑 교토쪽으로 이동하기 좋아서 여기로 했어요! 교통편 편하고 주변에 편의점 진~~짜 많아서 좋아요! 저녁~밤 시간에 골목에 술집이 좀 많아서 너무 늦은 시간에는 안나가는게 좋을것 같아요~ 바로 맞은편에 천하일품(텐카잇핑) 이라는 라멘가게 있는데 교토에서 유명한 라멘집이거든요! 육수가 아주 진하니 맛있어요~ 한번 드셔보세요!
