Wonderful service from the staff and good location closer to metros and Namba station.

Just the bed is slightly larger than double room, others are the same.

Convenient location near subway stations. Fresh bread was good in the morning Had a good stay

We have 2 family meeting on 19th and 23rd Jan which their lounge was excellent as the lounge is big and has several big tables which is easy to accommodate people easily. In addition, the hotel offers free drinks during our stay, which makes easy to entertain family and relatives. Because most of the Osaka hotels has small rooms which we cannot have enough space to open the luggages for packing arrangement. But the Hotel Relief's room is big, and we can open 2 big luggages for packing at the same time.

First of all, need to say, that photographer who made pics of rooms is a magician. The real life is quiet disappointing. Furniture is quiet old, carpet has stains. "Breakfast" is a "bread buffet" +drinks and ice cream. I booked smoking room cuz it was the only avalaible and i really liked a hotel, even we dont smoke. That was a mistake. Smells terribly. And i made a note strait with a booking, requesting, if possible, change my room to nonsmoking. I asked the same while check in. Lady apologized, said, they are fully booked. That could be fine but as soon as i reach the room i checked, they had avalaible non-smoking rooms for this night even on trip.com. That attitude is strange for me☹️

This hotel is by far the best one we’ve had in our Japan trip. The room is spacious, price is budget friendly, and the freebies are amazing! Not to mention the location is very close to Namba and Dotonburi. Free breakfast, ice cream, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and booze too ;)

Hotel is pretty old . However bread provided in the morning is nice . For the price, it's still consider good deal.

Hotel location was excellent as it's only 10 mins walk to Osaka train station. Lots of food and convenient stores nearby. Well thought out room design for very comfortable stay. Will choose this hotel again.

Glad I chose this hotel. Value for money with the continental breakfast and free flow of soft drinks and ice cream at the lounge area. Drugstore and family mart right next to the hotel. Walkable to Namba, Dotonbori, DenDen Town etc if you like walking. But if not, train station is just 300m away. Night shift hotel staff not as friendly when we were there but that’s a small matter. Will definitely stay again if I return to Osaka.

Nice location. Unique hotel layout. Very clean. The bed is huge for solo traveller.

This Hotel room is very Suitable for couple to Stay. Receptionist staff very friendly and helpful. This Hotel location nearby All attractive places and nearby Restaurants and convenient Stores at Ground Floor. Room service cleaning the room everyday. Highly Recommended.

The room is big 👍🏻there is a reception feel really sad to serve us ..I really hope the company providing a good and happy working atmosphere to their employees

The bath room with no hangers for hanging your changed cloths n towel, toilet is separate to bath room but no ventilation, table in room is very small , walkway is very narrow, not suggest to stay in this hotel
