The property is surprisingly good for us. I’ve read many bad reviews on this property and was very worried about my stay. Some people said that the good reviews are fake😱 The property is clean and looks similar to the pictures in the reviews. The area is super quiet at night. I heard only some noises from the train and air compressor. However, the check-in process could be more systematic. I did not received any instructions in advance and I initially contacted the host the day before the check-in date asking about how to check in. Some properties sent the detailed instructions in advance many days and that made fell less worries about my next stay. There is no lift in the property. I think this is the only weakness of this property. If you have heavy luggage, it would be a bit difficult. However, we were lucky enough. Someone who stay there helped us moving luggages down stairs. I met one woman staff on the day of check-in too. She was nice and eager to help us. The location are not in busy area but it’s easy to travel and the price of the property is really good comparing to the property in the busy area.

definitely not recommend unless you have no other place to stay The room is very cold, the wall is not functioning as wall because the room itself have so much unsealed part that connected to outdoor. I found an empty beer can under the bed after checkin It is not clean, the bathroom is not well designed, it will spill out water to the living room and bedroom. My room was on the 1st floor, I can hear all the noise that people climbing upstairs , even the noise of someone carrying a plastic bag 30m away outside the apartment can penetrate the wall to reach me. DONT TRUST the photo in the comment section, they are all actually not taken in the hostel. It is totally different from the pictures. Maybe the Chinese brought the comments in order to boost their rating. I was baited by its price, I paid 4800x3nighs to stay here. I thought it is cheap and I don’t need the best hotel for stays. But I would definitely paid double to stay at a sealed room. I have been to Japan 7th times. It is the Worst staying experience in Japan

Location is good because it's near Tennoji station. Though there is no TV inside the room.

Spacious and well equipped living space. Walk 15mins to railway stations then easily assess to city centre and even Kansai airport

Was a little hard to find- but room was super comfortable and clean - quiet - bit of walk to train but really nice

The toom was putstanding.. Clean & spacious. The only thing is the address/ location of hotel when u googled it, even our taxi driver got confused. Overall will highly recommend. Will definitely come back & will stay again in our future vacation next year. Keep it up.

a bit far from the main subway station(10 min walk), there is nothing around the place, since its very residential, decent size place, but the ceiling is very low. AC unit only in the bedroom, so it can get pretty hot, no elevator so we had to bring up our 2 checked back upstairs. overall decent stay for the price

The owner speak chinese and english so the cominication was really easy, the place.is close to the metro station and have a lot of convenience stores near. Very convenient.

地理位置：不太便利，雖然有個地鐵站（天下茶屋西）3分鐘可以走到，但是班車太少了，需要至少走20分鐘才能到天下茶屋站。對於趕早機的朋友們不推薦 環境條件：房間是獨立小公寓一樣，很大間，整體設施有點年份，不是特別光鮮亮麗，不過不影響入住，睡覺還是挺舒服的 衞生設施：建議浴室上加個可以懸掛衣物的東西，這樣就更完美了；廁所是獨立的，但是有點味道，房主也儘量放香薰除味，可以自由洗衣做飯 房主特別的友好，熱心幫助人。本來想幫忙找個紙箱的，結果房主免費給了一個特別大的行李箱，這個真的非常感謝。擔心託運的問題，最後沒有使用。在天下茶屋站剛好有個超市，直接免費拿了兩個紙箱用作託運。

民宿離最近的電車站衹有120米，離其他的電車也在15分鐘步行路程。而且離心齋橋、大阪環球影城等著名景點也很近，均在30分鐘左右，一個小時以內，很適合特種兵旅行。 民宿環境好，空間大，而且還備有洗衣機微波爐等電器。特別是玩到很晚衹能在711買東西的時候，非常適合晚上回來加熱吃飯。民宿幾百米就有711 全家 羅森等便利店。 民宿附近就有櫻花樹，特別特別美。 如果是跨城市旅行，民宿還能幫忙收黑貓運輸的行李，非常省事方便。 Ps:民宿老闆娘會説中文，服務態度非常好!

設施：非常老舊，在鐵軌旁邊，一樓晚上很吵根本睡不着覺，隔音也十分差，能聽到外面來來回回的旅客的聲音 衞生：房子很臭，有返味，浴室有股發黴還是裝修的味道，根本洗不成澡 馬桶是我在日本見的第一個普通馬桶，不是電動的，使用感很差。 排氣扇非常簡陋，真的不適合久居，在日本相同的價位可以找到更好的民宿，晚上附近也很黑，容易找不見路，基本都是國人在訂，勸大家都別定，誰定誰後悔，專門坑中國人的。 ！！！！我一般不給差評，真的是實在無語，住不了一點！！！！！

我們住的房間很大，除了兩個卧室，一個衞生間一個淋浴房，還有一個客廳一個小陽台，真的是很驚喜。老闆是中國人，很熱情。住的房間的設施很齊，燃氣灶、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機都有，酒店經營者還真用心，也很細心，房間棉織品整潔乾淨，下次有機會還要來。確實是物超所值。
