Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Simple but sufficient breakfast with a bagel bar and oatmeal. Hot beverages such as coffee and tea included. The rooms were spacious and we had a nice view of ICON Park. The hotel is located near the Universal Studios as well as most of the popular supermarket chains, which is very convenient.

Told me 11 am check in time and it was 3 pm but hotel accommodated; Shower needs major update to tubs; No drawers to store clothes; Not enough ample parking at times; Was told hot bar to find out it was bagel bar

Breakfast was ONLY bagels. They didn’t clean our rooms at all (stayed 3 nights).  Pictures showed a waffle bar and eggs, none of that was there! Showers were bad. This hotel looks nothing like the photos

The service was okay but I've definitely had better. I didn't really get a warm and welcoming feeling when I was checking in or anything like that. Well at least not from the young lady that checked me in anyway. But the lady on the Morning shift had a great personality! The facility was fair but definitely nothing to brag about at all! This Hotel definitely needs some major upgrades. Specifically the beds, toliets, shower heads, tub, sink, let's just say the entire bathroom period! I really can't comment on the food because I didn't get an opportunity to even try it. I got there right at 9:30 and they had already put everything up. The room served its purpose for one night but I wouldn't be in any rush to go back there any time soon that's for sure!

overall fine but it was rather annoying that many channels i wanted to watch were only in Spanish inlcuding all hbo s etc. breakfst was subpar . banana or apple at breakfaast would have been a nice and affordable addition and since i dont consume milk products i had no aalternatives of any kind for my coffee and that was disappointing .

Not impressed

這個酒店很不錯的，停車場夠大，地理位置也方便，酒店衞生也很好，床鋪也比較舒服，住了3個晚上，還挺滿意的，就2個房間中間有個門，導致個^很沒有安全感，而且空調不涼，導致睡不着

位置很好，酒店衞生也還可以。 酒店工作人員也很熱情。 全天無限量供應咖啡，就是早餐有點單調。 房間空調聲音超級大！非常的吵鬧。

不到一千塊 性價比很高 衞生間有些老 衞生一般 大堂很新 房間的衞生還可以 停車免費 泳池中規中矩 放假的桌子椅子還可以

房間很乾凈，酒店服務人員態度特別熱情！兩晚體驗感特別好！離環影也很近！Pretty impressive！

比預期差 幾乎 早餐太少了 就吐司 沒啥選的 酸奶都沒有瓶裝的 就是裏環球影視城近 走路 40分鐘

房間還是比較大的，位置還行與迪斯尼、展會都比較近，餐食就三麪包選擇（應該根據美國人自己的習慣吧！），沒有洗漱用品包括拖鞋

衞生：房間味道真的臭到不行 服務：因為房間臭，我第一次去和前台説那個時候還很早，然後前台是年輕小姐，説是有人上來會幫我們看，但是沒人來，態度倒是很好的。晚上去從環球影城回家了，前台是個中年的女性，我和她説完早上沒人搭理我們，她立馬就給我了另一間屋子的房卡換了房間，知錯就改是非常好的。 環境：泳池非常非常非常安靜，雖然不大，但是很乾凈，水從深到淺那個坡度做的很好。 設施：他們出於安全不讓開窗，房間就是舊了點不爛

房間衞生很差，衞生間居然有隔壁衞生間的味道，大家都懂，空調可能是老化了，噪音非常大，而且風口在床頭，佈局非常不合理，服務更是差到極致，我在要求退房，同時與平台和前台溝通，前台服務員就是不接電話，強行扣我房費，還好攜程很有當擔，給攜程點贊，但這個酒店還是建議下架，或更低的價格吧，不建議去奧蘭多的朋友選擇了
