Great location, staff and room! Very clean!

very big and clean place … swimming pool was heated, near disney parks .. totally can recommend , there’s free breakfast it was yummy

Pretty great hotel for anyone looking to stay close to Disney and not go broke on just lodging. Although it takes around 45 minutes to get here from the airport, it’s well worth it. You are essentially on Disney grounds and the target and Walgreens just a 5 minute walk away makes for great last minute shopping runs. Not to mention, the included breakfast is super nice, saves you from spending more on theme park food prices! The pool was also a nice addition and nice way to end some tiring nights.

フラミンゴという街の中にホテルがあり、周辺にはスーパーや飲食店も沢山あり、治安も景観も素晴らしく良くずっと滞在していたい気持ちになりました。 フロントのスタッフも親切で、ウェルカムクッキーも美味。 朝食も無料でミッキーのワッフルは特に熱々で食べれてよかったです。 部屋はキッチンもあり寝室も別の部屋にあって綺麗で開放的でした。 トイレとお風呂も綺麗で大満足。 5泊しましたが、まるで住んでいるかのような快適なホテルでした。

性價比很高，房間非常大，有全套炊具廚具，很方便中國胃。可以停車。附近有超市和便利店。環境開闊。每兩天打掃一次房間，距離迪士尼打車20分鐘吧。早餐還可以～

非常新非常好！強推！酒店乾淨設計裝修簡潔美觀又實用，帶廚房十分方便。比起迪士尼度假區裏面動輒好幾倍價錢的老破小，性價比超高！酒店帶免費歐陸式早餐，品種簡單但能夠吃飽。去迪士尼各園衹要10-15分鐘。馬路對面步行2分鐘超市葯店餐廳樣樣都有。強推！

位置好，超市餐廳走路幾分鐘就到。攜程協助服務到位。距離迪斯尼、奧特萊斯都比較緊，價位適中，有早餐，更重要有廚房廚具可以做點吃的。

服務不錯，晚到店酒店整晚保留了房間。房間面積很大，衞生狀況不錯，設施也很新，離樂園距離都不算遠，推薦。

完美出遊體驗

We stayed here in February, a one-night stopover after a long flight before moving into the Disney Bubble. We originally booked at the neighboring Fairfield Inn, but at the last minute were moved here. For the inconvenience they upgraded us to a suite with a kitchenette, which were not expecting but appreciated (the hotels are right beside each other, it didn't matter much to us where we slept). The room was spacious & clean. The staff were courteous and hospitable, especially the front desk. The breakfast had a great deal of options, including Mickey Waffles which started off our day headed to the Disney World Resort with some big smiles from my daughter. The pool is not heated - so it was COLD in February. No one was swimming except a few young children. We had a great experience.

Just be warned, if you have a room by the pool you can hear loud music playing all day long. We were hoping for an early night as we planned to be up early the next day, but even with a white noise app at full blast we could hear the music loud and clear.

1. Unsafe and unhealthy bathroom conditions. Only half of the glass shower door is there, and the other half is missing, which is very weird. We've never seen such things anywhere else. Water comes out, making the floor very wet and slippery every time you take a shower. The photos on their website show full glass shower doors. We asked them, and they said the photos were from other hotels but not theirs. They said none of their rooms had full glass doors, and it was designed that way. They said we just had to put lots of towels on the floor. So, their website is intentionally misleading. This is not an honest business. Plus, the water on the bathroom floor makes it unsafe and unhealthy. 2. Unstable internet access. We stayed 7 days at the hotel, and they didn't have an internet connection for 4 days. Every morning, we asked them, and they said it'd be fixed in the afternoon, but it wasn't. 3. They said they’d provide a cleaning service every other day, but they didn’t. We had to ask the front desk for the cleaning on the scheduled day. Even after the cleaning, they only emptied some of the trash cans, but not all of them. 4. They charge $20 a day for parking, but they don’t even have a gated parking lot or garage to make it safe or checked. 5. The air conditioning system is not working well. 6. Inedible breakfast. They said they’d provide free breakfast, but the food is not fresh and inedible. The coffee is always cold. 7. One receptionist at the front desk was very rude and hostile. When we were checking out, we asked if we could temporarily store some luggage beside the front desk so we could go upstairs to get more, but the guy at the front desk said no and refused to provide any help. That made things difficult for us. We were very surprised that a hotel would not provide such basic assistance for guests. Overall, this hotel is unsafe, unclean, unhealthy, unfriendly, and unorganized.

Mixology experience with Maxwell was awesome, he does it very well with a lot of consistence kudos to him. Pool attendant Nabii is very supportive with a lot of patience. Thank stay has been wonderful. I will willingly refer my friends all the time

Our spacious two br/two bath suite on the 6th floor was very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, glassware, pots and pans, etc. Wi-fi and streaming services were great. The breakfast is excellent and the hospitality staff is very accommodating. Tina, at the front desk, saved the day on this stay for numerous reasons. Additionally, the complex manager for Flamingo Crossing is outstanding. We had a few pleasant encounters with him and it became obvious why the hotels function so well! Thus, we highly recommend any of the 4 hotels at Flamingo Crossing. Having the shopping center next to tbe properties and many excellent restaurants there and in the hotels was a plus! The proximity to Disney properties, the ease of getting to the parks, and the amenities, makes this hotel and Flamingo Crossing a wise alternative to park hotels.
