My worst experience has been till date with this hotel The day I made my booking, no one responded properly and no one was answering calls. After that I called their sales team's number for best rate for booking and their staff told me that now we cannot change the booking nor we change the room rate. It is possible but they denied to me. I booked 3 rooms but due to my colleague's accident I had to cancel 1 room or this information i was given to them before 6 days ago and still They was charged cancellation charges. Everything was fine here till then. At the time of booking they were told to make full payment, the booking will be on hold without full payment confirmation. Or when I asked for cancellation they said cancellation charges so how it is possible if my booking is not confirmed. They gave me back to back excuses. Then there is no customer service in any staff. How to talk to the guest. How to call responded. The messages was seen and ignored. After sending 20 messages, I did not get even 1 reply. Even after all this, I told him that whenever the guest comes, make sure that the rooms are properly cleaned, but after seeing this, he did not give any response and when we checked in hotel on 24/02 late evening the washroom was also not properly cleaned. After complaining, the staff came to clean the washroom. Such are the things which left me completely dissatisfied. Either the staff was not properly literate or they were not properly trained to work in the hotel industry.i humble request who were the general manager or manager of the department .kindly gave proper assistant to guest.such a bad experience.
