The staff was professional and experienced and then resolved any issues that I raised. The food was delicious, the price of the hotel was reasonable and affordable. Also, the service received during my stay was amazing and I was surprised with a birthday gift 🎁 on my birthday date without informing the hotel. I enjoyed every moments spent at Nh hotel Oberhausen and I highly recommended this hotel and gave it 4 stars.

When we checked in; 1 agent checked us in while the other 2 just stared at us like we were aliens. One of them had a smirk on their face throughout my check-in, I wanted to ask what she thought was so funny with us checking into the hotel but I didn’t want to spoil the evening. They all started laughing when we left the checkin desk. Know that we are non-European. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I suggest cultural diversity training. The beds were disgusting! Small strips of hair all over the fitted sheet. The Most Disgusting was the pee stain on the sheets! The bed smelled like piss too. It was supposed to be non-smoking but someone had been smoking in the room or the insulation/vent systems need more work. I didn’t want to deal with the unprofessional front desk staff so I suffered through the uncleanliness and just put 2 towels on top of the duvet just to feel at ease sleeping, even though we were only there for one night…Thank God I didn’t book for longer. The only positive was breakfast; it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely won’t be spending another dime here.

Echt schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, ich zahle 110 Euro um für ein Paar stunden erholt schlafen zu können, aber es war nicht möglich. Klimaanlage war kaputt, im Zimmer war unerträgliche Hitze. Als ich nachgefragt habe ob ich die Buchung stornieren darf wurde mir gesagt es ist unmöglich, ich kriege aus Kulanz 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser und 20% Entschädigung beim auschecken , aber wie es aussieht ich muss mich noch drum kümmern. Um 7:30 fing Renovierungsarbeiten an, bohren , klopfen 😡 ganz ehrlich, im Auto hätte ich besser schlafen können und auch nich kostenlos. WLan funktioniert nicht : Nie mehr gehe ich hin

Leider keine Getränke in der mini Bar. Ansonsten ein solides hotel. Zimmer hatte ein großes Schreibtisch und ein bequemes Bett. Was nicht so schön ist, die kissenhüllen sind zu klein, das Kissen innere guckt raus. Nicht besonders hygienisch

一家不錯的酒店，就是辦入住的女服務員十分令人討厭，説著很差的無人聽得懂的英語。 房間設施陳舊，卻很乾凈，早餐也特別的豐富。 酒店附近5分鐘的路程有家 Wokman China Restaurant （ 中華大當家 ） ，正宗的中歺，有北京烤鴨，清蒸鱸魚等，價格也不貴，推薦一下！
