Good breakfasts, two pools, normal gym, and location in the centre, close to shops, cafes for all tastes. But for me, the staff was not always friendly, overly formal tone to me.

Well located in the city centre, walking distance to the beach, peaceful lobby to check in. very good bonus allowing their guests access the 360 infinite swimming pool. Great breakfast offers in the morning. Will stay again

Centrally Located Nice Hotel in Nha Trang, Great view of the Tran Phu beach from the balcony.

Overall very nice establishment. Although the lift system is shocking and you can be waiting a while.

Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was very well versed. Swimming pool on 40/F was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. Food is great at breakfast, we even tried dinner just be careful to not order western food. Vietnamese food was great. The room is clean and spacious with an excellent view to the ocean. Location is perfect. I will highly recommend. Book early to secure a better price.

Our room is on the 38th floor with spetacular seaview and plenty of sunlight. The downside is during the weekend the bar on the 40th floor played non stop dj music until 1am, the noise may affect your sleep so please bear in mind. Avoid 38th floor, other floors such as 24 is okay 👌 Other than that it was great stay for us. Room is quite large with comfy bed and sofa.

Hotel looks great, very clean, location is fantastic. Check in is exceptionally slow, check out is even slower, and the elevator situation is a disgrace. Every day about 40 minutes is taken up waiting for elevators, and customers are constantly disgruntled about this wait, with elevators being full all the time due to the ~10-15 minute wait between elevators arriving, despite there being 6 elevators. The rooftop pool also costs money to use, which isn’t previously stipulated.

Great Location and beautiful sunrise everyday abit noisy if you open the balcony door. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor, the building has apartments, long stay and hotels it’s a little confusing where to go for check in. Breakfast is buffet spread and has lots of options but not much changes during my stay. Great views from the rooftop infinity pool 😃

Excellent location in the city. Just short distances to restaurants, beach, shopping centres. Very nice seaview. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booked for myself and girlfriend, and a friend and her kids but regretted it. Price seems cheap but there are half price deals for same room and building under different names of management. I don’t regret spending but when there are cheaper option for the same thing I felt ripped off. Also, the only thing about this hotel is the location. If you expect anything like a 5star hotel then be ready to be disappointed. This is no where near what a 5star hotel is. Super rude security guard. It is very complicated how they have it setup with different management owning different levels. Ants and cockroaches. Penny pinching. No bell service. Horrible stay. Worse hotel I have booked in Vietnam.
