Great facility. Their swimming pool and gym were fantastic. Great location. Good restaurants and the beach are in colse distance from the hotel. Great staff. They were all helpful in every way. They replaced our refrigerator with a new one because the former one was not working properly Everything was perfect except for the guests next door. They were noisy all day and night.

There are many fun things to do in fact couple of nice restaurants like we visited a Thai restaurant then there is an entire night market and the area full of tourists to enjoy a lot of stuff and hotel service is great!

We stayed only one night at this place as a transit day during our trip The room was clean and confortable The rooftop swimming pool offers a beautiful view of the city and of the front sea At the evening the rooftop bar is also a good place to chill and to enjoy food and cocktails 👍

I live the hotel rooftop view and the swimming pool, however the only one thing I don't like is I arrived way too early due to sleeper bus timing and they aren't helpful in helping me to check in early I waited from 5am till 2pm at the hotel just so I can check in But I do enjoy and liked their amenities, they hv huge lobby too, it is breakfast included but unfortunately I missed out the breakfast as I overslept

Superb! Love your stay for sure! Booked 4 rooms and 3 nights, got free upgraded to suite room. The breakfast spread is good too and not too crowded. The infinity pool is so full with Koreans. Kids club is a little run down and hopefully hotel can improve it a little

Excellent hotel with rooftop views on level 40. The elevators are a bit confusing and wish they had told me beforehand or display some signage. Good breakfast, quiet but easy access to everything. Amazing to have smoke free room and smoke free hotel policy!! But they need to make checkout faster and more efficient - was asked to wait for 10 mins just to check out!!!

However, one area for improvement would be the timing of housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping the floors. It was a bit distracting and unpleasant to have staff sweeping around guests while they were enjoying their meals. Adjusting the schedule for such activities would greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor tweaks that could make it even better!

The hotel is truly a five-star hotel. Regretfully, the adjacent hotel blocks the sea view.

The service at this hotel was first class. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of variety both Asian and European. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place for everyone to relax. I would absolutely stay here next I come to Nha Trang. U

Check-in was prompt and room was great. Hotel location is good with many eateries and massage shops around. Near to night market and many convenience shops.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.
