Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. **Location:** The location was ideal for nightlife, with laughter and excitement nearby. However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

Just amazing! I would they an hour was ruined becasue of no hot water issue, but it was sorted

walking distance to most places, place was quiet, only downside is that the bin in the toilet wasn’t changed.

I can’t believe this is the standard of a Leonardo hotel. The hot water in the bathroom was extremely poor—hard to adjust, low pressure, and barely warm. My child almost caught a cold because of it. As for the rest? Decent location, decent facilities, but all ruined by the hot water issue.

It quite noisy from outside in the room, I can listen to all the noise. Bed is very comfortable, big and soft, all the amenities was quite basic but it very very clean, not gonna lie Receptionist was average, not very friendly, quite cold but feel like the housekeeping are way more friendly and welcoming, applause for the housekeeping. at the bar doesn't have refill water area, free hot drink like others hotel.

Went with my two young daughters and they loved it the hotel is lovely but the Leeds Leonardo is much better I love these hotels good value for money  Kind regards

Great central location, close to Central Station and the Metro. Staff on arrival were very friendly. I had a room on the 5th floor which was a good size, clean and well maintained. (Windows were a bit grubby on the outside, but just a minor detail). Only used the room as a base as I spent the majority of my stay out and about. Would stay here again though. Good price and location.

Excellent stay I was there with my daughter who was running the Great North Run The staff were fantastic Alana,Brian and Scott what can I say incredible members of staff they are a credit to the hotel.

Start with the positives Very clean. Modern court yard building looks top tier location and gives a sense of safety Restaurant and bar Ease of checking in Quiet 3 lifts together Good fire exits Sure there are a few more. Didn’t eat there but £18- 19 for a burger is a bit steep Negatives Staff could have helped a little more but not a big deal No cash policy Rooms are a little boring not 4 star NO USB PORTS IN ROOM. Come on it’s 2025 Slept on more comfortable beds very bouncy

The cleanliness is good, bed is comfortabe, facilities is ok. The only thing is the noise from the outside, the buiding is near the main road, so it's a little noisy sometimes, the double glzing helps to reduce the noise. The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station, The road from the train station to the hotel is uphill, and some places are quite steep, making it difficult to pull the suitcase.

Great location when need to stay close to Utilita arena for events!
