Awesome services from the reception team, especially the managers David and James, will stay again; location is good, breakfast decent, room good size and nice view s.

Great location. However watch out for beggar in the area. On of them followed us into the hotel lift trying to mug us. No security at the door to stop stranger entering the hotel. So stay vigilant!!!

Great stay here. they do offer a 25 dollars card for guest to be spent at mini bar or breakfast which we appreciated

Location was fine, but we had to pay amenity fee. Even though we paid the fee, there was no toothbrush. It was bad for me.

Very disappointing. Location is great. Service is fine. However, quality of hotel is low. Tv don’t work. Rain shower leaky. Couldn’t get a simple stool for my kids who can’t reach the sink…

During check in the asian young lady, she was not really polite, a bit rude, maybe it is normal in such a mass New York city, but for Intercontinental Hotel it shouldn’t be! She gave me handicap room, without any informing me! Later I had to wait 30 minutes in order to change it to another room. The new room window was broken, Room number 748, engineer came and could not fix, this took another 30-40 minutes. The bathroom I could find some blond hairs from previous tenants mostly, was not really clean. Price wise for such a service 500$ is too much, I would hardly pay even 200$ for such a services and conditions! I will not stay anymore in this hotel!

Perfect location and staff

Overall is ok but expensive . Location is good . Perfect for business. Breakfast not that good & very costly. Service need to improve but for me is ok . It’s in the Times Square all amenities is there . Room size is ok . Hotel should low down there breakfast cost in USA . Compare to other countries New York hotel is not that good .

The service in the front desk is not stable. But the overall environment is very nice👍🏼 like it.!
