It is a two bedroom 1 bath apt, clean, spacious, decorated very nicely and in excellent shape. Full kitchen, stove & oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC, Cable TV & Firestick, Internet, etc. Ample street parking on the block. Close to subway, bus, minutes from NYC ferry to Manhattan & many available local Taxi.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Photo ID's are required for all guests prior to check-in.
