Great experience! Pick up service was on point! The room was so Japanese ~ We found someone's bill when we entered the room which was unexpected 😅 Well there were nothing to plug in charge phone or anything other than that we liked the stay!

so far so good, however, we were in the old building. it was okay to stay 1 night. location was good , esp with a convenience store in the lobby area.

This is the fifth hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. It's larger than the hotels in the urban area and is the most luxurious one I've stayed in at the same price range in Tokyo. It has a TV in the bathtub and yukata (Japanese bathrobes), but the overall decoration is a bit outdated. The hotel has sufficient facilities, including a hot spring and a gym. However, the transportation is not very convenient. It feels like everywhere is far away. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it only runs at specific times. According to the map, there are other buses I can choose from, around 30 mins per one. I arrived quite late and it cost me 3000 Japanese yen to take a taxi. So, the next day, I booked a hotel in the urban area of Narita. Since the Tokyo subway is very convenient, I'd rather stay in a smaller hotel.

Very convenient from the Airport and Aeon Mall as they have free shuttle bus, staffs are very friendly, they have convenient store as well. The room has Radio to listen to english music all night, we are very satisfied with our stays.

no complimentary water bottles, moldy bathrooms and stained carpet and upholstery furniture… hair on bed… however, the staff is very polite and try their best to assist. far from city center… more appropriate for people who have an early fight to catch!

We booked at the Art Hotel because of the good ratings… The garden section, although a little rundown, was overall good!

Nice hotel for transit, near to narita airport.

Perfect stay close to Narita Airport and free shuttle from/to airport and Narita station.

Hotel was old and dated. We paid 2,000 yen to upgrade to the newer rooms on the higher floors (level 6 onwards). The rooms were still old and the aircon was not cold. Amenities wise, we had all the basic toiletries and toothbrushes and shavers, but no water was given. Service was ok, really appreciated the shuttle bus to the train station, Aeon Mall and airport. Good value stay (higher floors) if you are not fussy and have an early flight to catch to Narita.

We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.

the hotel is fantastic ! the room is big and service is perfect ! they have hot spring available but need to pay ¥700 to enjoy the service. they also provide the shuttle to Narita city center and Aeon mall. it helps to save money on the transportation

Location, around 5 minutes by taxi or bus from Narita airport. Free shuttle bus to and from the ART hotel and Narita AIRPORT ( please check the trip schedule). Have 24 hours convenience store in the lobby and vending machines.
