Servizio inesistente, al checkout non era presente nessuno (ore 8.30). Stanza completamente diversa dalle fotografie sul sito, tapparella non funzionante. Pulizia minima indispensabile

Lovely stay, wide range of facilities provided. Toothbrushes, pepsi, water, shampoo and shower gel all provided. Very comfortable bed and good sleep quality. Great location to see Naples, did not feel unsafe. Spotlessly clean. Would recommend, great base to explore Naples. Good shower, easy check in.

We stayed at the Grande Archivio residence on Via Santa Maria di Costantinopoli, which is located in front of the archeological museum and just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Dante. This was my first time in Naples and I was initially worried about safety, but the location was great and the neighborhood felt safe. The residence is an old building that has been converted into apartments, and the guest rooms are on the 4th floor, which can be accessed by an elevator. The building was very quiet and our room was accessed using three keys - one for the main building, one for the apartment, and one for the room. Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff, Maria and Giacomo. The room itself was not modern, but it was impeccably clean, which was the most important thing for me. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean, and the balcony was accessed through two doors, providing good sound isolation. This was especially useful on the Saturday night, when it seemed like all the local youth were gathering in the center and making a lot of noise. The shower and toilet were clean, and a set of towels were provided for each person and changed every two days. There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as a loose shower handle, and some of the towels were a bit worn and could have been replaced. Overall, however, I had a very positive experience at Grande Archivio and would love to return in the future. The staff were lovely and the residence was a great place to stay.

We arrived at night by taxi. It was a bit hard to locate it. It’s on the street, not on the square with the fountain (close to it, a bit higher up the street). Anyway all good, room clean and decent for a cheap hotel like this. We requested 2 separate beds so we got a double bed and a foldable single bed. It was comfy enough so all fine for 1 night tho. No kettle, cups, coffee in the room at all tho (must be Italian thing tho cause everywhere we stayed in 3 stars hotels was the same, no room kettle). No breakfast included either. The issue was with opening the doors to go on the street when we dropped the bags and wanted to take a night walk around. We figured later on that only the left side of the outside doors works (as you exit the building downstairs, not the room). And the handle is broken completely so it took us a long while to work out how to let ourselves out. No note on the doors to explain. We called and messaged the host, no answer. Eventually we figured you gotta stick the key (or anything else similar) in the key hole (we initially tried it many times) and pull the heavy door towards you on the key like this, risking breaking the key or getting it stuck. Ppl behind us clearly had same issue as they left the door open and secured it with a stone but then that’s not safe in Napoli to be left open overnight. Other than that super annoying situation - it was good for the money. Nice central location too.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il B&B è situato in un punto strategico della città. La camera era luminosa e pulita. Unica piccola pecca le camere erano poco insonorizzate, però non è stato un problema, si riusciva comunque a dormire bene.

Peccato perché per il posto in cui è situato il b&b poteva essere gestito con più professionalità. Non sono attenti al cliente e il servizio è di gran lunga sotto la mediocrità. La pulizia della camera scadente. Proprietari assenti. Peccato..

Sehr gute Lage, im Herzen Neapels gelegen, mit einem Sicherheitscode an der Eingangstür, bietet das Grande Archivo solide Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten an. Für den Preis in Ordnung, und alles in allem zufriedenstellend. Eine Küche auch vorhanden, sehr sauber gehalten. Auch wird hier vom Zimmerservice ordentlich sauber gemacht. Danke dafür! Bettkomfort ist gegeben, man schläft ganz ordentlich. Beachten Sie den Inhaber kurz vor Reiseantritt zu informieren, ansonsten könnte es zu Problemen beim Einchecken führen, da das Archivo nicht nicht immer besetzt ist. Das hat bei unserer Ankunft zu Problemen geführt, die wir aber nach einigen Stunden glücklicherweise klären konnten. Eine klare Empfehlung kann nicht ausgesprochen werden, jedoch rate ich von einer Buchung auch nicht ab!

Stanza accettabile con coperte sporche. La tv non funzionava si vedeva solo un canale, avvisato il titolare ma senza nessun risultato. Personale assente: in 3 giorni di permanenza non abbiamo visto ne proprietario né personale alla reception . Un Beb fantasma. Per insegna una piccola targa al muro impossibile da vedere

Pessima stanza! Sporca con vasca che perde acqua... 10 euro a testa x una colazione inesistente fatta di 1 succo e una brioche.... frigorifero non funzionante.... Sotto al letto non vi dico cosa c'era.... Letto a castello che non serviva lasciiato li cosi col materasso nemmeno l'ombra di un lenzuolo x coprirli Cuscini di scorta nell armadio sporco di sangue Durante la prenotazione dicevano... vista su luoghi della citta l unica finestra che c era dava su un muro... allego foto

Non saprei da dove cominciare per descrivere la pessima qualità di questa struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in via Costantinopoli, assegnata direttamente da loro, noi avremmo preferito soggiornare nella struttura in via grande archivio come da prenotazione. Camera minuscola con solo lo spazio essenziale del letto e una sedia. Lenzuola sporche con macchie evidenti e peli ovunque (allego foto). Per quanto riguarda il bagno, doccia intasata dove abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia in 15 cm d’acqua, bidet uguale, era rotto lo scarico quindi l’acqua non scendeva (allego foto). Asciugami del bagno forniti sporchi con macchie marroni. Un disastro. L’episodio più drammatico è stato una sera siamo rimasti completamente senza acqua per 1 ora intera, abbiamo provato a chiamare i vari numeri dell’hotel ma senza avere nessuna risposta. Struttura pessima in tutto e per tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo a dir poco vergognoso, 100€ a notte per vivere una situazione del genere. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Per carità, a MAI più.

Hotel/piso céntrico en pero en un 4• piso, con ascensor claustrofobico, tiene más habitaciones en otro piso en otra calle, este sin recepción, las habitaciones son amplias pero les falta algunos elementos: enchufes que no funcionan, lamparas fundidas. Agua sin presion, toallas viejas, y cabezales de cama de eskai desgastado, y el set de baño lo mínimo, a un acompañante no le pusieron sabanas, precio calidad muy regular.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. Ancor prima di soggiornare abbiamo chiamato la struttura e la signora al telefono è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato un sacco di dritte. Posizione super strategica per girare sia a piedi che per usufruire dei mezzi. B&B molto bello ,unisce un ambiente caratteristico,con uno stile moderno. Quando tornerò a Napoli, saprò dove soggiornare

Struttura posta in zona centrale di Napoli. Persona incaricata all'accoglienza, molto cordiale. Ma andiamo al dunque: bagno piccolissimo e impraticabile per perdite d'acqua continue, asciugamani utilizzati per pulire il pavimento. Macchinetta caffè con cialde, non funzionante, letto appiccicato alla parete, per cui difficile per un ospite da gestire per andare in bagno, abatjour solo da esposizione, senza lampadina. Meno male che si è trattato di una sola notte. DA NON RIPETERE. Mi sento offesa, ho pagato più del dovuto Esigo un po' di rispetto

Ottima posizione a Spaccanapoli, di fianco alla fantastica pizzeria La figlia del presidente. Le stanze sono state ristrutturate con molto gusto, ma l'ho trovato mal tenuto. L'accoglienza e' stata asettica e frettolosa, come se dessimo fastidio.
